Honestly Jodi don’t be hard on yourself. I am not good with change also. I worked the same job for years and when I switched jobs it took me like a year to come out of the slump that put me in.
In the u.s. we have an app called forest app for focus. You punch in how much time you want to spend focusing and it locks down your phone for that time and you grow a little focus forest for every hour you have it on. Maybe something like that would help?

Not gonna lie, I love shopping too. I work hard for my money and shopping is fun and enjoyable. For 2024 I'm trying to limit myself to buying only 3 books a month cuz I have like 500 unread books lol. No shame 💅 but I really need to cut back

I can't decide between buying the paperback or the hardback versions of ToG. I've only read the first book, so I want to read the series. I also can't justify buying one of each, the bank account will yell at me! Are the paperbacks floppy? or too stiff?
hmmm it’s tough really! i’d say the UK ones aren’t really floppy but i’d assume the US ones are since they are bound differently! I love hardcovers personally and they lay open a lot better than a paperback!
Girl you do get sick a lot! Do you take multi-vitamins? If no, you definitely should. You should also consider taking a supplement to boost your immune system. I take, daily, a multi-vitamin for women & Elderberry with vitamin c & zinc. I haven't been sick since 2019!

The US paperbacks (old versions with Celaena on the cover) and the new versions, are both floppy and nice quality, in my opinion.
