Advise: Turn off the SmartPhone completely before connecting the phone. And connect the phone to the computer by pressing both the volume buttons. on connecting the phone if in device manger ( MTK Com Port ) is not showing then use Test Point method. That is, if you connect the cable after shorting the CLK point to the GND point, the phone will be connected in Brom Mode. for test point you can search in image section of google.
