@@michellemendez5949 One of the zippers ended up breaking, which was the main compartment zipper due to in the rear where it would clasp the bag had ripped. I don't know if it's a malfunction or from over stuffing the bag I can tell you I don't really feel like I ever fully stuffed it to brim also started to have a lot of issues with condensation on the inside ice pack to keep my food cold. I don't know if it was the material starting to come apart. That was the insulation wrap on the inside, but it had just started making a mess. It would get wet out of the bagfor 30 bucks that was too bad
