CNBLUE are live performer monsters. Yonghwa describes his overall personal concept as DSM = dark, sexy, metal, and boy he delivers every time. Even though they are missing one member (electric guitarist and vocalist), this is the first time in a long time that I've seen Yonghwa perform without any signs of worry because now, he can relay on Jungshin's vocals. Because of Jungshin's reliable vocals, Yonghwa can finally be himself again on stage. Jungshin and Minhyuk are outstanding. I bet I would lose weight if I attend yearly cnblue concerts with this much dancing, jumping and screaming LOL
CNBLUE had a concert in London back in 2012 on the week I happened to be there for work so I was privileged to watch them. They were crazy and so was the crowd. Fun fact: they filmed the MV for I'm Sorry in London after the concert. I do hope they'll get a chance to tour Europe and US again one of these days. And Hi-Fi Unicorn is a group created via a talent show where CNBLUE, FTIsland, N Flying and 2 Japanese bands were producers. CNBLUE picked the final members, guided/trained them (Yong Hwa made the vocalists sing while working out/running to build their performance stamina) and they eventually won and therefore got to debut. They are mainly active in Japan and Yong Hwa, who calls himself their dad, has written quite a few songs for them, including their debut song.

FYI, the back story for YongShin 🫶🏼 pose was, during the first day (the dvd was recorded on 2nd day), Yonghwa pranked Jungshin where he suddenly changed his pose to ✌🏻 at the count of 3, which left Jungshin with only half 🫶🏼. So on the 2nd day, Jungshin knew Yonghwa was gonna do it again (that's when he shush-ed), so he too changed his pose to ✌🏻 at count 3, which left Yong flabergasted 😂😂 Btw, the song between Lady and I'm Sorry was Coffee Shop, which is one of my fav ☺️

Vayan a escucharlos cuando eran 4, se maravillaran de ese talento. Cnblue fué la mejor banda coreana cuando eran 4, y lo dejaron ir. Eso rompió nuestro corazón.

If he had stayed, that would have been the end for CNBLUE, which is completely unfair to the other members who worked so hard for their band. I could only hope they left on somewhat decent terms but anyone who saw their recent anniversary live can tell that probably is not the case.

Para mi la mejor época de Cnblue fué cuando estaban los 4, Yong Hwa, Jong Hyun, Jung Shin y Min HYuk. Su musica era increible. No olvidar a Jong HYun, formó parte y para las Burning siempre estará presente!!
If you're in awe of Cnblue now, you should listen to Lee Jong Hyun when he was around, the 4 of them really made magic. It's so sad that they don't mention him or remember him on their 15th anniversary. For me the best time was when there were 4 of them.
Seeing Minhyuk's recent reaction to him in their anniversary live, it doesn't sound like they have any desire to mention him and I don't blame them. Its sad but I can only imagine how angry and disappointed they all were, his actions really jeopardised the hard work they put in for all those years. I do wonder if they ever spoke to him while it was all going down and if they left on somewhat decent terms but that live doesn't leave much to be explained. With that being said I really do love and enjoy the music they made back then and I hope dearly they will bring back those songs. they deserve to be heard again!
