This is my biggest track to date and as such took a while to finish. A massive thank you to Sharm and Gustavo whose voices brought this to life with their artistry.

What's amazing about writing your songs is that just listening to them once or twice, you feel like you've always known them, and you're already humming them.
Aww thank you Christine! I'm so glad you find them catchy! 💚 I usually check with my musical friends when discovering the melody/chord progression, to ensure I'm not copying something else 😅 As those elements often feel familiar to me too, even during the writing process 😊

DAAAAAAAAAAAMN, this PERFECTLY sums up the tragedy of the "Dance of the dragons'' both were DESPERATE to not be there war, sadly once the first drip dop of blood was spilled, FIRE AND BLOOD would reign for the next few years

All it took was the 1st drop of blood spilled, and the tragedy is, it's EITHER SIDE that good have spilled it, as u said, even if storms end wasn't the catalyst, blood and cheese WOULD, especially since (in the books, no idea how the show will do this) the rogue prince HIMSELF sent for them

Oh yes, I'm so interested to see how they'll do it in the show! I hope it's not Daemon, he's blamed for all sorts of things we've now seen he hasn't actually done, like the whole Laenor thing... Did you enjoy more the darker Daemon from the text or prefer the show Daemon?

And show daemon(the fact he immediately came to the conclusion that viserys was poisoned, and was PISSED, shows he did care for his brother to some degree)
Honestly, if anything, then daemon MIGHT DO IT(again the book point to it being him)
WITHOUT rhaenyra's permission, since she DOES CARE for her sister Helaena & her children(if they do show daemon behind this, it could show the rift between he & Rhaenyra starting to form, she's looking at Otto, Aegon, & alicent, he might look at their CHILDREN/GRANDCHILDREN, "an eye for an eye, a son for a son'')

Again a superb collaboration, and the voices of Sharm and Gustavo always complement each other perfectly. To you three, I wonder what more the producers of the series could seek to musically accompany the next season.

I wonder, though, what will happen to Criston and Rhaenyra in the upcoming seasons? Cause according to the book, they die, and I don't want either of them to die.
Ah darn! I hope they will change the script of the book for the series. Rosemary could concoct a better script, more to my liking on the future of Rhaenyra.
Yeah I'm afraid things aren't looking good for either of them, most of the characters really 😕 😅
I actually have a sketch for a song about Rhaenyra and Ser Criston called "Nameless and free" but am thinking of shelving it until the next season 🤔

What a magnificent song. So true, so touching and enchanting. The Targaryens and especially King Viserys have been through so much sacrifice and pain in the long run. I think, everyone might agree with my opinion. I believe, it was a tragedy, that struck the Targaryens and their majestic dragons.
I am a Targaryen Fan and I would have loved it, to be one of them.
*prays to every deity that Criston and Rhaenyra stay alive*
Also, I am still mourning what could have been...if it weren't for the damned rigorous order-driven world that they live in, they could've been happy! Damn whoever set the stupid rule that the Kingsguard/Night Watch members can't marry! And damned whoever set the precedent that people can't marry for love!
I'm not sure that she was really in love with Criston, because with the strong character Rhaenyra has, I don't think anything could have stood in his way to realize this love. Criston's rather vengeful behavior afterwards gives him reason for choosing not to give up everything to run away with him, I think.
I think Daemon was always the one who was on his mind and heart.
I even think Harwin was far more loyal to Rhaenyra than Criston ever would have been.
