I rather have an amazing life outside of work then a low paying "dream job". It's still a job.

The only bad advice here is to buy Tommie Bahama clothing. In my opinion, you are over paying for a brand name with at best mediocre quality. Seriously, both Costco and Target offer better quality for far less money.

Why does he even need life insurance. Rather than push him to term life you need to ask if he even has dependents

  • @WealthGameNation

I wonder how no caller is asking and no host is commenting on "benefits" of "good" let's say real estate debt when it comes to taxes? If you pay for everything in cash... you gotta pay a lot of taxes on your income...

Doesn't say what type of charters. Deep sea fishing? Sailboat? Chartering to get from Island A to Island B? What is the projected revenue stream? What are the barriers to entry? How much money is it going to cost to get into the business? A lot of questions need to be answered before you rely on two radio yahoos to give you life altering advice.
