I mean I get it, I think that their content lately has been somewhat lacking in a few aspects. I really enjoyed some of their board games they've played recently, but their old series like prime time, wrong side and photoshop battle has really gone down hill. It feels more so that they do it to have something to upload rather than actually doing it because they have a good spin to put on it. The ads however I dont really care too much about though, if it keeps them afloat then im all for it, but I will admit that I've begun skipping them. I know these guys can be hilarious, i've been watching them for years, but this channel just doesnt reflect their talent that well at the time I think. I really do hope that they change something soon and actually shelf some of their old series that just have been overdone at this point.
It would be a shame if they get bored of doing this - James would be stuck in the same position he was in with The Creatures, and I only properly got into Cow Chop this month! 😭

I too noticed their content is just not great lately. It took a dip when Trevor left, and I really wasn't feeling the content since they got their new sets. I've been watching since the beginning and what I loved about Cow Chop was that it was a group of friends who just liked to mess with each other. The ball punches, the setting off fireworks, food throwing, etc. That's what I loved because at the end of the day it was just a bunch of friends goofing off and really enjoying each others company, which made great content. Now that everyone left, its just Aleks, James, and bunch of employees and you just don't feel the connection. Aleks and James make great content that everyone enjoys, but seeing them over and over again gets boring and they need to bring more people who can contribute differently to the table like what Trevor, Joe, Asher, Aron, Jakob, even Anna did.
I like how some people are complaining about how "low energy" this feels and how Aleks isn't having fun when they literally say in the video that he's sick.
I love how they use Brett for the add reads. Probably because he's the best actor they have. Working at machinima gives you alot of practice pretending you have a soul and loving life.
I don't see why everyone is complaining about the ad, since its skippable and helps them keep money flowing in to pay employees and such when TH-cam revenue cant do it.
