In most cases invitation letter is the same as the offer letter.

You dont need biometric if you have already given ( usually valid for 10 years)

I was referring to closed WP when I made this video. You should ask your employer, usually the employer applies for LMIA except.

In the application form, you only have 3 rows. In case you need extra space attach the extra document with the cover letter.

Canada usually gives Visa until your passport validity.

I already had all these documents 1, 2, and 3. Closed work permit means you need a job offer before you apply for work permit

If you have a job offer, yes you can extend. Most people apply for PR after PGWP, since you get additional points because of your Canadian work experience.

Yes you can for open work permit. I am not sure of the new rules for closed work permit. You can just login and you will see the list of mandatory documents
I am in winnipeg working full time on One year PGWP Can I extend it as MPNP draw points are not coming low because some says I can not extend without LMIA or unless my file is picked by MPNP and if at that stage work permit is expiring then only I can extend it with lmia exempt offer but as in this vedio I did not see any option which asks for any provincial nominee program and also one more thing can my employer provide me lmia exempt offer without the MPNP invitation or not please help with your best knowledge

I have submitted everything including new LMIA exempt, new offer/invitation letter etc. However, one month has passed and I have not received any update from IRCC. I noted that your application was approved in one week. Would have any idea why its taking so long in my case?
Have patience, sometimes it takes one week, sometimes it may take several weeks. Usually you should get it within 3 months

You can enter Canada even with 1 day of Visa left, thats not a problem. You can apply for fresh work Permit outside Canada, but I am not sure if you can extend your work permit outside Canada.

You must get an open work permit (I guess). Invitation just means "job offer", for closed work permit.

If you have a letter of support and want to extend ur work permit you can simply as your employer for LMIA exempt number that would start with letter A I believe and you can apply for a extension as LMIA exempt closed work permit until you get your PR

WP can be extended “n” number of years depending on the situation. In your case if you have a job offer(lmia based) then you can easily extend it.

No hard limit. I stayed 3 years with a closed Work permit, and then got PR, but in principle, I could have stayed "n" number of years with a work permit.

Your WP extension will depend on the status of your spouse WP or student permit validity

If you are renewing your work permit, they you will not get any visa stamp. You will only get your work permit delivered to your address. For visa stamp you need to apply separately for temporary resident visa.

For an extension for an WP that hasn't expired, you only pay for Work Permit ($155), and NOT Open Work Permit Holder ($100) again? Open Work Permit Holder ($100) is only for first time you apply to get the WP to begin with. Is my understanding correct? Thank you in advance xo

If you passed your medical exam more than in the last 12 months they ask it, you should reply honestly. They will not request for medical exam.
@@valeriagutul8267 If you are extending WP inside Canada, you do not need medical exam. Whether its 12 months old or 5 years old. You will only need medical exam if you stay 6 months or more outside Canada.
