Hi Cristina! I’m really enjoying your videos and have subscribed! I know that using candy melts (aka compound coating or summer coating) is very easy, but the taste of these is not very good. Why not demonstrate how easy it is to use real chocolate with a table top tempering machine? it does all of the difficult work for you to temper chocolate. There are also other more inexpensive methods that can be demonstrated on tempering real chocolate.
