Though he's(khan sir) a knowledgeable person but here he did misinform. We're not called hindus because of hindukush. In ancient times protoiranian couldn't pronounce "S" in Sindhu, so they called us Hindu. Gradually everyone adopted it. Later few other invaders and visitors who couldn't pronounce hindu and sindhu both, they said "Indu" and thus the word "Indus" came into picture. Thats why sindhu river called indus river in English. And India derived from there only. Now about Hindukush, kush means kill. Many invaders on their way back took Hindus with them as their slaves, and they took them so brutally that people died on that mountain. So the mountain where Hindus got killed was called Hindukush. I guess he misinformed out of ignorance and not because his name is khan.

Afganistan is a very difficult terrain to fight , because of mountains , Rivers , if u dont know about passes in the mountains Army will be trapped , Air Force cant help in mountaneous region and its a land locked country so , Naval Forces cant be used , its really difficult to remove Talliban , US tried their best but they couldnt take hold of Mountaineous regions and so finally they left and Taliban had a chance to capture Afganistan which they did easily, only if central asian countries like (Turkmenistan ,Uzbekistan, Tajikistan ) and Iran help then we can remove taliban
