Dimash had a cough the day they met, the next day they had one rehearsal and the next day taping. We Dears were very worried about Dimash because he wasn’t feeling 100%. But he is a professional and everything turned out ok. Thank you .😊😊😊
thank you for that important info!!!! you know im a singer and i learnt how to sing opera, so i met a lot of great singers in this 25 years, but when i see artists with such caliber as Diamash...they talent and work, they sacrifice and xperiences are beyond public imagination. it never cease to amaze me. its like watching a behind the scenes movie.

Thank you for all the additional information about the aria in the subtitels. It was a pleasant reaction because I could see how much you enjoyed the duet. I love this duet so much and it makes me very emotional. I grew up with Plácido Domingo and Dimash is my favorite singer now. To see them sing together is so special for me. Not only Dimash’s dream came true but mine too.

Placido Domingo, born Jan. 21, 1941 and Dimash, born May 24, 1994 singing this classic duet on December 10, 2023. So there's 53 years between them, let that sink in for a moment. Placido's voice is still wonderful at age 82 in this clip.
yes! theres no age to stop singing, you also can begin at any age its a mighty pleasure, and the learning curve is so fun too.
This performance makes much more sense after a few listenings. And it’s actually getting better each time. What a powerful duet.

Thank you for your inciteful, informative reaction as I had never heard the story. Loved sharing this wonderful music with you as you knew it so well , love it and helped us enjoy it even more. I could listen a million times as well! Just gorgeous. Even more amazing as I understand Dimash learned the music and lyrics in one day. He was not feeling well and had a cough, and yet performed with grace, poise, confidence, humility and respectf for Placido Domingo. Bravo to both.
