okay, timothy. in kato, i can't prevent the turning of the white and translucent. it's a problem that was never fixed. now, to get around it (sort of) I cure all the white tin a project he same so it always shifts the same, this way nothing is whiter or less white and it's less noticeable. i haven't burnt anything in so long it's not been an issue! if it's an issue for you, check your oven and if you're using a small toaster oven, move over to your big oven! since the change in the clay, you can cure in your home oven, no problem. cheers, d
Thank you for demonstrating and explaining about the importance of trimming the dark end. Very helpful.
sometimes, it's the little things, right? cheers, d
The snail type of jellyroll is very interesting. All three different and all three full of character. Of course, because they're snails. 😅
i like the snail type quite a bit. it works very well with skinner blends and starry night slabs, too. give them a try, cynthia! hugs, d
I'm amazed! I was wondering how in the world this could be done. Thanks for the great vid.
thanks for watching and liking it, edwin!! cheers, d
