I think the Raiju is a great investment for players who want to grind, getting around the map takes just 1-2 min with the Raiju. Also, its armor is great; doesn't take much damage from bullets & the Vtol makes it a beast for PvE.
@@Amzyy I am sorry but I disagree. Yes, the op mk2 might be easier to land but so is the Raiju with the Vtol, also you don't need to worry about damaging the jet while landing unlike other jets as the Raiju has really good armor, I have tested it in the game & will make a video about it as well. Plus the fact that Raiju is the fastest jet in the game unglitched, you can get from Del Perro to Paleto Bay in 1.5 min. The only real advantage that the Op mk2 has is that it can be spawned closer to you. The Raiju spawns far.
Adding to the Agency: there exists a passive income, it's just not a lot of people know how it works. Basically you get 250$ every 48 minutes at start, but every 5 Security Contracts you get additional +500$ to the income, capping at 20k per 48 minutes after 200 completed Security Contracts. Also I would add Bunker to the Honorable Mentions, because it allows you to research for upgrades on your Mk2 weapons as well as weaponised vehicles. Not to mention, if you manage to complete the Shooting Range (in bunker) at Tier 2, you unlock +5 maximum capacity for throwables. it means that, for example: you can carry 30 grenades. (Tip: Upgrade your Mk2 weapons - Pistol, SMG, Assault Rifle, Carbine Rifle, MG and Heavy Sniper; with extended mag and some sort of scope. It will help in completing the Shooting Range, as it is quite tricky to complete)
In between all my other grinds or if i just wanna have a different mission for once, I'll do the bunker ammunation truck run, its not much but hey 20k i think just for scooting over the map during downtime? Sure.
I don't think anyone forgets about the 250/500 dollar passive income. It's just not worth mentioning because it's really bad. (You have to spend a lot of time when the nightclub its very simple for far more)
You forgot to mention that the armory at the agency gives you about a 5% discount on all purchases, and the safe generates $250 to $20,000 every 48 minutes depending on how many security contracts you've done between 0 and 200. A maxed out agency, arcade, and night club will generate $75,000 every 48 minutes for just being online. You just have to keep the popularity of your nightclub maxed.
@@Stubbies2003 Ah, thanks for the correction, I would have been thinking "WTH?" when I finally reached 200 missions and I was still getting paid $19,500. I'm only at 45 contracts complete right now.
And arcade you only need to buy one extra arcade game so you can play out every spot with a game. For some reason when you do that you get max money per ingame day. I'm always having to go unload the safe after doing that. Before I barely got any money in there
Honorable Mention: The Phantom Wedge was one of the best investments I made since when I do Cayo I use the longfin approach- you can spawn it right next to you too.
Exactly the same here. I had to buy a vehicle warehouse as well to store it in, but GTA excels in making you spend lots of money before you can buy a comparatively cheap item. My progression to buying a Mk 2 Oppressor involved buying a Kosatka, a Sparrow, a Nightclub and a Terrobyte - and then I STILL needed to grind more to afford the Oppressor.
Tip for the autoshop, about staff members: when you are choosing how to deliver a vehicle, you can click both options if you are quick enough, so doing it yourself and letting the staff do it. This results in your character spawning outside with the vehicle, along with the prompt at the top right saying that Sessanta will contact you once the staff delivers the vehicle. This effectively makes the business twice as profitable, and if the staff doesn’t wreck the car too much, even more. Example: for cheap cars (20k to fix + 20k for delivery) you'll make at least 40k+bonus (based on the conditions of the vehicle when it's delivered by the staff); for expensive cars however (35k to fix + 25k for delivery) you'll make at least 60k+bonus. It's also worth mentioning that the staff got a buff with the last update so they are not as terrible as before while delivering cars.
@@brettvicari9520 you basically select the first one and you get a small time window to go for the second one, so x/a + down + x/a again, pretty straightforward
The Karuma is probably the best overall vehicle in the entire game. Can be used in lobby missions (heist finales, dre contract, contact missions), it's relatively fast and handles well, looks amazing and has so much customization. Only mission that I wouldn't recommend it for is the Doomsday setup with the minigun guys, they will explode it in seconds. It's the best vehicle for grinding heists outside of that.
I completely slept on the karuma, though I do have the armoured Insurgent, and it seems to take more than a few rpg/Sam hits, is that a good alternative? I’m not sure it’s as easy to grab and use in the lobbies though?
@@TommyDriver89 Insurgent can tank more missiles but NPCs can still laserbeam you through the windows. Karuma is like 99% bulletproof from NPCs, they *can* still hit you, but it's very rare. I personally use the karuma more than the nightshark or insurgent, as the karuma is more useful most of the time in missions.
If you mean the kuruma, it may be good in heists but the vigilante is better. Bulletproof windows in missions, unbreakable if you’re inside in missions, unlimited missiles in missions. The kuruma only has bulletproof windows in missions, in a normal lobby it can’t be used. Oneshot and as a player you can shoot inside.
@@ct7473 since the Armored Kuruma is so popular it would be nice if rockstar added a bit more variety, a few more cars with the same bullet proofing would be nice
The Armored Kuruma should most definitely be one of THE FIRST things a new player should buy OR I think it's actually free after the first heist (Fleeca Bank). I also bought the Buzzard early on as well, for me anyways that thing paid for itself within a few weeks of gameplay. I'll agree on the Auto Shop contracts BUT they can be a real pain in the ass sometimes, it actually helps to have more people playing because unlike the heist, the job isn't over until everyone is dead meaning only one person has to make it to the end goal to complete the contract. I think the Sea Sparrow is similar to the one you get in the sub except it can land on water BUT you need to own a hangar to buy it. Since I don't play this game fulltime as a paying job, when I do play I focus my time on Dr. Dre's contract and the Auto Shop only swapping between the two depending on cool downs. The biggest problem with a lot of it is finding other players you can count on when doing jobs where multiple players is an advantage, a lot of people just do not know what to do or are impatient or do not follow instructions for example, your doing the Union Depository Auto Shop contract, people won't park their getaway cars where they're supposed to be parked and then as soon as we get inside first thing they do is pull guns and start shooting at the guards like WTFFFFF they just said NO GUNS on the way here.....
I bought practically everything he has said in this video in order on my own and I’m tweaking that I made good decisions for once🤣. Except that kuruma I got the dukes odeath for free. I just wanted the paragon R armoured so I did all the last dose missions n union depository got a penthouse and did the missions u can do got my money back n the paragon and then bought a submarine now I’m on Cayo perico. Found this game a lot harder as a kid on Xbox 360 lmao
Thanks to this guy I've got almost all the businesses in the game in a month and a half I really enjoy this channel and I'm still discovering plenty of things about GTA V from this channel 😂 thanks TGG
I haven’t finished watching the video yet, but I can confirm the living quarters can be very useful. I have the most expensive arcade (the one in vinewood, Pixel Emporium I think) with the MCT and living quarters. So, here’s my thought: I can spawn in and check all of my businesses, and if any are full, I can just head there and sell. If none are full, or they need resupplied, I just buy supplies, and then go out into the city and do headhunter, payphone hits, etc. Every now and then I’ll go back to my arcade to check my businesses, and if one is full, I sell. Edit: For the Hakuchou drag, there is a car that actually goes the same speed as it (when fully upgraded with HSW) and that’s the Vigero ZX. They both go the same speed fully upgraded, so if you prefer cars, get the Vigero ZX instead.
That’s right but The Vigero ZX HSW being a muscle car doesn’t handle well, it tailspins a lot if not handled correctly. So overall for new player Hakucho drag HSW is the best.
I got the 8-bit Arcade and an Eclipse tower penthouse apartment practically next door and my nightclub a few blocks east around the corner from my Agency and the Freakshop. My CEO office is in the Maze Bank West bldg. which isn't far either. The only business that's farther away than (that matters) is my bunker located just south of the prison.
The hangar is definitely the best cargo business as of now. No matter how many crates you sell at once they will always be in one delivery vehicle (but only if you choose the sell by land option)
I found the air cargo is far too much time/effort for the reward. Wish I could call Rooster on the phone instead of having to actually go to the hangar to tell him to go out and get a crate. If I could do that I might buy/sell the way I do with Bunker supplies which has a much larger profit margin $75K -> $210K.
Ive done 240 sec contracts and Agency income has reached 100M so its payed for itself and a ton of stuff. Ive done the Dr.Dre job like 70times lolnand yea my Agency safe gets filled to 250K real quick especially when i have big game sessions.
@@danielmejia2159 I bought the Agency and The Nightclub 1st. Theyre both good to grind if you have no life. I had a year off work due to an injury so i played hella gta5.O. Have to say its the shittest broken ass game still running milking kids 10 years later..... Only Kids play that shi. Adults who play are rarely decent people. Im an adult and played with a few Loyal real friends for a laugh but for you i would say dont bother with the game its dead and by the time youve achived anything that nobody even cares about anymore gta6 be here. My advise spend your life on something else. Gta5 is dead. Filled with underage kids and weirdos i barely play anymore and despite having everything in the game its vorning as fuk thanks to game bugs and sweaty lil trolls who got nada better do in they life then stalk players and feel powerful behind theyr screens. This game is broken amd so is the remaining gta5 community the most toxic player base in all gaming.
@@danielmejia2159 The nighclub is good, but requires a lot of other businesses to make the most out of. Go with the agency and get 200 security contracts done.
Note for the acid lab: you need to do 10 fooligan jobs to unlock the upgrade, which is 10 hours of playtime due to the cooldown, and if you're buying supplies you only make about 200k profit unless you sell in a full public lobby.
fun little detail about the Agency, your computer actually tracks total Agency earnings in the lower left corner...as well as the metrics on how many of each contract type you've completed, and how many completed in total. I've currently only done 58 security contracts, and my agency's total earnings are $58,660,000 (I've actually got my time for Dre's contract down below the time he estimated, hehee)
Agency story contract is underrated. When it's 2x it's the best solo moneymaker in the game, even on its regular payout it's probably top 5 solo moneymakers. Only thing that sucks is that looooong cutscene!
@@ct7473 I actually like it, being honest. Plus it gives me a few minutes to get up and stretch my legs...go to the fridge... or whatever. same for the finale cutscene at the airport, but that scene is way shorter ^_^ but yeah, I use oppressor 1 and vigilante a lot, and my spawn is set in the agency... If physically traveling back to the agency will take too long, just jump into a new solo session and bam... Dre's probably responsible for about 3/4 of the 20-ish million in my bank right now XD and most of the crap in my agency garage lol
Even though the nightclub is an expensive investment, you get the Terrorbyte for those who wish to do quicker warehouses, the safe fills up quick leaving you 250k each time you collect it, you got a great discount price on the mk2 which allows you to travel anywhere quick and makes missions or setups easier, selling goods Can make you about 2 mil full stock but it takes time, you can sell 800k quick because sporting goods and cargo takes longer to fill and you can sell it all together in one vehicle, you honestly make all that money back
Bro imagine the struggle back when the only real way to make money was grind the mc businesses and the bunker. Getting that money with those businesss was a fucking grind but if you do it and get those businesses like I did it you can make the money back insanely fast
The agency is just the best period, as far as business wise, only thing I could think that rivals in comparison is the Kosatka. The high end apartments are useless, unless you’re first starting out and need quick money via heists. Having the living quarters in your business is the best especially the agency, considering it has a pretty decent garage, the MK2 bench, the Imani tech, the contracts missions, the pay phone hits.. it’s the best way to grind if you love action. Almost all of the missions are run and gun, and they can be ran solo. Cayo while it is super rewarding, is not the easiest thing to pull off for some people. Even running it solo I was sweating sack just trying to do it sneaky and end up setting the alarm off, but luckily I stock up on armor (I’m lvl 125 so I can hold 10 max armor) and snacks, so it makes Cayo a breeze. The best way with the agency is to start the dr Dre contract, and in between the mission stop and do the occasional pay phone hit since they’re 45 min cool down. If you’re quick with a gun and you have plenty cash and can stock up in between, it’s the funnest way to grind. So far in the game I’ve made 27 mil in total. Not that I have that in the game still but I have bought everything I wanted at one point. Now I just have my agency full with my favorite cars, my oppressor mk2 and my kosatka. I don’t even touch my other garages so I wish I could sell them haha. The best thing I could say is to follow some of these videos, but add your own flavor. Use all shortcuts and get in the habit of knowing where your ai is gonna go. Like on the dr Dre missions, there’s one where you have to infiltrate a party and it seems like endless enemies. If you can manage to snipe the chopper it will go down before it can go out to the yacht, making the process a whole lot easier. On Cayo, you don’t even need to go on the path to get to the watch tower. Just simply jump off the island, wait for a boat and steal it if you time it right. Go all the way around and there’s a dock area that you can go onto and pretty much follow a path with absolutely ZERO guards. If anyone every wants to learn how to do that for cayo im down to teach them. I’d rather not record it for YT, even if someone has done it before, because if it was to be something nobody has done, R* would probably patch it and put a fuck ton of enemies there.
@@liliillliliil23yearsago64 I know! The best way for me to do it is to go through the drain, come out and go to the roof top and try to sneak around the guards but I think I kept leaving the one in the small space out in the open so the Jug sees him. Other than that I can go in there and just blast my way to the target and slip out. I think as soon as you come out of the bottom and go left you’re right in front of the gate to walk out and then go to the big door and press the buzzer. You just have to be quick and shoot everything in your way. The break out once you’ve exited the compound is easy. Just swim off the island and voila you’re done.
My fellow money grinders make sure to slow down and enjoy the ride. The game pays terrible if you are playing with or against your friends but once your passive businesses and active business take off you will easily buy everything in the game and have nothing left to grind for. I thought it was bad when I bought all the clothing so each clothing store acts as a private dressing room because you only buy clothing once. No bad was when I created a female character just so I could buy everything all over again and have it look different. Now that I actually did that there is literally nothing for me to do. And i've only been playing for a few months
I mean i still like grinding and now my friend finally got back into the game so I’ll just help him make money cuz I’m close to 50 mil again but I already got everything so ain’t much to spend on. With the updates and all the little vehicle sell missions it really helps with keeping things fresh since I’m not just grinding cayo over and over anymore
Agency is a MUST for solo players. Before they nerfed the cool down on assassinations I was peppering those in between Auto Shop heists and preps, you can still do that, just throw in the security contracts as well especially Specialist+, you’ll rake in millions without even remembering your Acid Lab 😅😂
The kosatka is another must. I get 1.1-1.5M everytime I do cayo solo. Theres also a solo glitch that allows you to get into one of the rooms without a key card. Only takes me about an hour to do set ups if you invest in the sparrow.
Also with the acid lab the missions after those ones (final dose) gives you a free Virtue which is amazing for new and older players because its ine if the fastest cars in the game
Don't forget that the Agency also has passive income too, up to $20000 per 48 minutes if you complete enough jobs from the PC in the Agency (I think it's 200). So it's worth grinding away. ETA: Don't forget the free Ammu-Nation contract from the Bunker or the Warehouse Overstock from the Office - $50k per time and costs 0 to do. Literally free money.
If you get the game plus the criminal enterprice starter pack (Which i think its the only way to buy the game in some platforms like PS4) the Bunker Ammu-Nation contract is literally free money not "Free Money if you spend a million bucks beforehand"
...2nd... first was actually my pink and purple Bati... I used that thing A LOT even into my early lvl 100+ period, just used AK for heists for a while I should giver 'er some love though, I don't think I've even pulled my AK out of the garage since I bought the Ocelot Jackal...
Pretty much ive owned it since day 1 and im still using it in missions and since ive stopped playing in public lobbies a while back ago i dont have to worry about its weakness to explosives in freeroam
a lil tips for fast travel trick that aquire 0 money is you enable/show all races activities on your map, everytime you want to go somewhere, just open the map, choose races activities that near your destination, press space to start job, when your camera goes up, press right click + esc rapidly until you inside the race loby then, quit the job aaaand you endedup teleported :)
Anyone for the Buzzard Attack? It used to be the best investment with the armored Kuruma. Still helping when your fragile Sparrow gets destroyed. And once you own it, you can call it on the roof of any of your business properties! Still good 👍
All your vids help me out so much i mean I only watch them for weekly updates and any new businesses I've bought. However, i do make around a over a mil in bout 4 hours with all my businesses combined.
You forgot to mention you have an additional passive income for agency that is nothing at the Beginning but the more you make security contracts the more passive income you make, till 20k. That will take a while since you need to make 200 contracts. So, every 5, 10, 15, 20, 25th etc. Contract you get 500 more income. Remember, you get for EVERY contract 30k-50k, so the income is a nice bonus.
Actually those hit at 6, 11, 16, 21, 26, etc. Otherwise yes it is a good one to do especially when the security contracts are on double payouts then it is like 67-135k per mission which is pretty sweet.
fun fact. if you're into cars but not a level 100 you should buy the autoshop because with that you can buy every upgrade even tho you are not a high enough level. also if you are done with cayo perico and don't want to spend time making money you can afk by watching the livestream in the nightclub (don't forget to leave CEO) and after a night you have like 700k in your warehouse. 250k in your vault. 100k in arcade vault. and a bit of money in agency. if you sell like 1.1 mil of goods in a full public lobby you get like 1.5-1.7 mil. that is my main way to make money and maybe sometimes a cayo perico for fun but most of the time I play I get my nighclub set up for the night and sell goods, or just mess around for fun.
FYI, every since Criminal Enterprises my load screens have averaged between 6 to 13 seconds (yes, I actually timed it). They might have done something with that update because it was horrednous before. Your tip on the fast travel works on PC too as I've actually been doing that since CE DLC dropped.
@@LouSassle12 are you that dense to notice that I'm saying it's not a "plus" for E&E guys alone? It's happening on PC too. Maybe go bother someone else, they might give you the attention you're looking for
Yeah I read an article about a fan who actually fixed the code as it was cluttered by R* which made the loading times much faster , they paid him some money and implemented the changes
Also for the Oppressor MK2, holding down RB/R1/keyboard equivalent while flying will actually make the oppressor travel faster, it also gradually makes its way to the ground, so tilt up a bit
The Oppressor Mk2 is my go to for Cayo Perico set ups. First) you can land it on (not in) the Kosatka and 2) it makes traveling around the map during set ups so much faster than any land vehicle. Some say the Sparrow if fine and they are right. But the Oppressor Mk2 is more maneuverable and fits in tighter spaces the Sparrow doesn't. I can do the Cayo set ups in about 30 minutes using the Oppressor Mk2. Give it a try!
just use both, when one gets destroyed and you have to wait a few minutes to respawn it, call the other one ^^ be CEO and you can use buzzard as third option
My favorite purchase was the Oppressor MK1. I ride that all the time and can get across the map fast. If I don't crash and die, or roll down a mountain for 5 minutes. The armored Kuruma is definitely a must have for solo play. The nightclub too, I wish I had bought that sooner.
What sucks about having a high overall income in gta is that you have so much stuff already but you still want to enjoy the game. However you've already bought everything thats interesting and desirable. Furthermore, the new dlcs coming out that turn up being shitty is just another punch in the chest.
It's wild that the Arcade has not only fallen beyond the top 10, but that the heist/s aren't even the reason it gets an honorable mention. Most grinding I did was back when the Casino Heist was meta.
Kuruma: Check, Living Quarters Everywhere: Check, Hakuchou Drag with HSW upgrades: Check, Acid Lab Fully Customised: Check (make sure you're fully armoured up when doing deliveries), Sparrow and Sub: Check, Auto-Shop: Check, Oppressor Mk2: Check, Nightclub: Check, Agency: Check, Kosatka: (Minus the annoying Russian) Check. My honourable mentions are the Toreador submarine car, the new jet (amazing fun), the Akula helicopter and the Komacho jeep........
Just bought the Sea Sparrow today. Makes getting the underwater caches worth the time spent going after them. Once I ping them with the Kotsaka and mark them I get into my scuba gear and fly to each point to retrieve them. Only issue is that the S. Sparrow does tend to drift around a lot but you can catch up to it pretty easy swimming under water with the scuba gear on.
5:28 the only reason I want an auto shop is because of contract heists. Also I think hangar is very useful as it is a good way to make money and you also can modify aircraft’s with it.
The Armored Kuruma is damn near a cheat code in Solo mode. Especially since the AI never uses explosive weaponry. In particularly sticky situations, I just park it sideways, get out, and use it for almost indestructible moving cover while firing better weapons like the Special Carbine Mk 2.
Exactly what i do 😂 I last played in 2018 but recently came back to my old account and still using my original khuruma. Most legendary car in the game if you ask me
If you want a more affordable option for the Oppressor Mk II, try the original Oppressor. It’s a little harder to control I guess and it doesn’t fly but it has a better boost and is very fast like the Mk II, so I think if you can’t afford the Mk II, just try the original!
I agree raiju is super good. But a lot of people forget that if you have mk2 you can hold down the descend button and it increases speed by I think 15%. I don’t know how that compares to the others speeds. But IMO mk2 is the best vehicle for any mission and it’s very versatile but for long distances I agree, something else would be faster
For me personally I put the Agency above the kosatka as I mainly grind with replay glitches but together with the cayo perico nerfs the replay glitch for cayo perico heist became extremely unstable. So Dr dre missions become my go to.
@@Nitro_19 On pc If you disconnect your internet connection at the right time at the end of a heist or Dr dre mission you can skip all the set up and do it again. I think this glitch works differently on other platforms. It's bannable so avoid doing this too often. It is really common in the Chinese gta comunity I thought most people would have heard about this but you've proven me wrong.
Smartest thing I've done lately is fully upgrade my Agency. Now I have an Ammu Nation right next to my apartment with an elevator straight to the ground or up to the heli pad. Talk about saving time. Wish I had done it sooner.
Ive made way more money from the wall safe in the night club than i have from selling product because i dont have all the best ones unlocked yet lmao. Ill always vouch for it. Very few businesses can make you more money by NOT breaking the law
the only thing about gta i dont like is the separation between new gen bonuses like the hsw upgrades and time trials its kinda a pain in the ass to not have that as an option but great list good work love your vids TGG
Living quarters was something I learnt about first time on your videos only and by that time I had been playing the game for 6-7 months.. they really are money makers,!
I'd recommend the Duke of Death instead of the Kurama. It's built like a tank and, with all upgrades, moves faster, in my opinion. Kuruma is still good if you're on a budget, tho the armored windows are preem
I’m a solo player and I’ve been getting into GTA online again after god knows how many years. I’ve been using the Duke O death a lot and honestly….Best purchase I’ve made before I stopped playing. It’s a tough ass bitch and tanked quite a couple of missiles from annoyed neighbors. It’s my work horse and I’m proud to have it.
Best investments: Kosatka & sparrow Businesses - acid lab & bunker Land vehicles - armoured kuruma , toreador , phantom wedge . Air vehicles - mk2 , buzzard , hydra or the new jet . Weapons - up n atom , ap pistol , heavy sniper mk2 explosive rounds Helpful items - scuba diving suit & night vision
Can u make a video of best 5 passive income ways in the game. For people that dont want to play the game at all except ocassionally but want to get rich passively to buy stuff etc Sorry for the trivial dumb request I know you mentioned the nightclub and acidlab but a dedicated passive income video would be epic
I bought the submarine a year ago and slept on everything. I just started grinding and I'm getting mad money. Got myself an autoshop and vehicle cargo business.
Owning everything but the grass and document forgery mc businesses with a maxed out nightclub, I make a ton of passive money. A can mess around in freemode or grind other heist setups while the night club collects me around 250k-500k just in safe money during a play session. The night club is by far my favorite way to make money
@@TheRealAyeeFive just start with base mc club and coke lock up. Get a night club and warehouse staff for each mc business you buy. Start there and build up until you have coke, meth cash. Buy floors for your night club and do yohans cargo steals. You got passive income if you afk or do other set ups.
I think if you're just starting out or early into GTA (lower level) then the Auto Shop is the best business to buy. You get to unlock ALL car mods regardless of your level and the missions are easy to solo and the payouts are really good. I can do the FULL Union contract in like 30 minutes and make $300k. Very very easy money. Plus you can do it in a private lobby and dont have any risks of people ruining "cargo" or "Stock". It's also incredibly simple. No buying or selling, they're just straight up missions. 2 small set up missions and 1 main. The Union respawns for me all the time so I can keep doing it over and over for super easy money. Especially once you get used to the missions. Otherwise the Agency missions are super easy too for $180k to do while you wait for Union to reappear. Even easier if you use an oppressor.
It's crazy I got this game back when it layover on Xbox 360. Never played online as I tried gta 4 online and didn't like it..wasn't until casino dropped where I gave it a try on Xbox one. Got to Level 60 but stopped as I had could businesses but couldn't sell in invite only back then so I barely stocked them up or sold any. It was until I recently when my pc broke and I have to send back to them to get fixed where I started to play online again. And man I'm learning a lot of stuff I never knew from videos like this and making a ton of money and having a great time. Gg man
I think for newer players a club should be the first. Then Agency to the agency and so on. Keep popularity up and 50k every 48 min and your club supply increases passively. Just my thought
Bro said “time is money, the more time you save, the more money you’re gonna make, so when you look at it that way…” I came for smart financial tips and left with slick bars
I'll add to the 1st armored vehicle one, the weapononized Tampa can be called in everything I've tried that doesn't allow other weapononized vehicles like the deluxo or oppressor, its not the best but has missiles and a turret
The Agency is the best thing you can own in the game, the Kosatka come after that now because they nerfed Cayo and made it harder, where as the dr dre contract can be done again every week and is easier, but may take longer, but when you already have millions their is no need to rush.
What about a series on being a complete tight arse? Only buying things that are absolutely necessary for solo play. So things like the Armoured Kuruma but never upgrading it, only buying 3 of the 5 MC businesses and only buying vehicles that can help in many different ways. Buying that one expensive vehicle just to make that one part in that one mission a little easier doesn't count. Even weapons. Only buy ones good in PvE and only buy attachments if necessary .
I started like 3 months ago...hear me out. The start money you get...buy a business or 2. i had the bunker. Then i bought the acid lab. Save up and then get the kosatka. Do cayo perico... with the 1st hiest money get the sparrow. Then grind cayo perico and save up to buy the deluxo. I did this and the rest of the game was so much easy. Then its just spamming l1 when fighting npcs. its also great for freemode and its cheaper than the oppressor. I once won 1v3 oppressors with it...but its defo slower than the oppressor. So i use the sparrow for travel and deluxo for fighting
nightclub, kosatka, sparrow, casino penthouse. Everything else is just not necessary. The penthouse is for logging into the game and spinning the wheel a few seconds later.

Another benefit of the Auto Shop is that it gives you access to all paint colors, regardless of wether you have them unlocked or not.
This cause I refuse to do all the required stuff to get the lime green 😂
He said it's your own personal LS Customs
Also gives you all performance upgrades regardless of if you are high enough level, pretty insane tbh
And removed vehicles can be purchased there if they spawn as a customer vehicle there
That would be great, I want the metal colors that I have to win a rally race to unlock normally
I think the Raiju is a great investment for players who want to grind, getting around the map takes just 1-2 min with the Raiju. Also, its armor is great; doesn't take much damage from bullets & the Vtol makes it a beast for PvE.
The oppressor mk2 is way better for getting around the map you can land it anywhere and get it instantly from the mechanic spawn next to you
@iiAM7 yeah but no the raiju outspeeds it has better armor off the radar, so the only benefit the oppressor mk2 has is its easy to land anywhere
I have as well for similar reasons
I don’t know if it works for the Raiju also but the other two stealth helos when in stealth mode takes five stars down to two.
I thougt that you could only get mk1 missle and mk2 unlocks when you own the terobyte
Actually to max it out is 201. Same with the 500 bumps you get. It doesn't hit at 50, 55, 60, etc. but at 51, 56, 61.
In between all my other grinds or if i just wanna have a different mission for once, I'll do the bunker ammunation truck run, its not much but hey 20k i think just for scooting over the map during downtime? Sure.
Once you get 500 contracts completed successfully, you're passive Income for the agency goes up to $50000 every 48 minutes.
Actually 201 to max out the agency passive but spot on otherwise.
Before I barely got any money in there
Arcade income should be 25000 every 48 min since you spend several millions in all arcade consoles.
@@Delicashilous I agree, but Rockstar would never be that nice to us.
My progression to buying a Mk 2 Oppressor involved buying a Kosatka, a Sparrow, a Nightclub and a Terrobyte - and then I STILL needed to grind more to afford the Oppressor.
i love how pavel has a secret line if you have phantom wadge in that prep mission
@@altugataman5236 Also the "Bleep bleep bleep bleep!" line when you're driving the Longfin.

Really?? 😮
@@CApt-NinJA yup, it still works
@@allopic3764 Explain how to click for both options?
@@brettvicari9520 you basically select the first one and you get a small time window to go for the second one, so x/a + down + x/a again, pretty straightforward
@@allopic3764 So, kinda spam down to click the second option?
The Karuma is probably the best overall vehicle in the entire game. Can be used in lobby missions (heist finales, dre contract, contact missions), it's relatively fast and handles well, looks amazing and has so much customization. Only mission that I wouldn't recommend it for is the Doomsday setup with the minigun guys, they will explode it in seconds. It's the best vehicle for grinding heists outside of that.
Im doing a garbage to greatness series in GTA, basically going from poor to rich. help me bro lol.
The armored kuruma isn’t free after the fleeca job heist, but you get a discount on it instead.

@@siddharthlal7602 That can be fixed by putting a spoiler on it, right? I’m not sure as I haven’t tried it but that should fix the issue mostly
Been watching TGG since i was a level one and he had 400k subs. now im level 500+ with 100m. absolutely the best GTAV youtuber out ‼️

That’s hard cap you’re not level 500 stop lying
The hangar is definitely the best cargo business as of now. No matter how many crates you sell at once they will always be in one delivery vehicle (but only if you choose the sell by land option)
I found the air cargo is far too much time/effort for the reward. Wish I could call Rooster on the phone instead of having to actually go to the hangar to tell him to go out and get a crate. If I could do that I might buy/sell the way I do with Bunker supplies which has a much larger profit margin $75K -> $210K.
Always a great day when TGG uploads
you’re videos have been top tier this past month nice job
You forgot to mention the agency safe. Once you have done 200 security contracts, that safe fills quick!

Theyre both good to grind if you have no life.
I had a year off work due to an injury so i played hella gta5.O.

Only Kids play that shi.
Adults who play are rarely decent people. Im an adult and played with a few Loyal real friends for a laugh but for you i would say
dont bother with the game its dead and by the time youve achived anything that nobody even cares about anymore gta6 be here.

Also name your Acid for a 5% boost

fun little detail about the Agency, your computer actually tracks total Agency earnings in the lower left corner...as well as the metrics on how many of each contract type you've completed, and how many completed in total.
Plus it gives me a few minutes to get up and stretch my legs...go to the fridge... or whatever.
same for the finale cutscene at the airport, but that scene is way shorter ^_^
but yeah, I use oppressor 1 and vigilante a lot, and my spawn is set in the agency... If physically traveling back to the agency will take too long, just jump into a new solo session and bam...
Dre's probably responsible for about 3/4 of the 20-ish million in my bank right now XD and most of the crap in my agency garage lol
1. Kosatka + sparrow
2. Acid Lab
3. Nightclub (only popularity without warehouse)
total cost 6.7 millions
The kosatka was actually the best thing to buy, because of all the heists you can play solo on it!!
Yes that’s true
For cayo easiest thing to do is just look up a guide I watched a 15 min video and now I can do it all under an hour and without getting caught
Im level 60 and earned 22 mil lol.. Cayo heist, acid lab or drug lab sells and auto shop missions.

You can buy cheap garages in places like Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores which will let you fast travel to them. Useful for street dealers.
Don’t lie, the armored kuruma was our first car/beloved vehicle

ahh nope, I forgot I'd moved 'er to my Agency garage... was my choice car for security contracts until I got/modded the Champion (Dre's car)
Pretty much ive owned it since day 1 and im still using it in missions and since ive stopped playing in public lobbies a while back ago i dont have to worry about its weakness to explosives in freeroam
a lil tips for fast travel trick that aquire 0 money is

I prefer the thruster over the Mk2 personally, especially after the Mk2 got super nerfed

You can fast travel like that on XB1 too. And yes, the Sparrow is awesome. It spawns closer than your PV.
FYI, every since Criminal Enterprises my load screens have averaged between 6 to 13 seconds (yes, I actually timed it). Sparrow is an absolute must for any player
Also for the Oppressor MK2, holding down RB/R1/keyboard equivalent while flying will actually make the oppressor travel faster, it also gradually makes its way to the ground, so tilt up a bit
My top heist is Casino, it's been mine and my partner's most reliable heist to get millions, and the arcade is just fun to toy around in
The Oppressor Mk2 is my go to for Cayo Perico set ups.
Now im investing in the oppressor mk2, only using it for the cayo set ups tho 😂 its too op in public lobbies.
I deadass just used the word furthermore, at least I'm ready for English class
Suffering from success
It's wild that the Arcade has not only fallen beyond the top 10, but that the heist/s aren't even the reason it gets an honorable mention. Most grinding I did was back when the Casino Heist was meta.
The kosatka basically funded my 80 cars, properties, 10mil yacht, penthouse, gold aircrafts and everything else
Yes Finally an updated version of this thanks tgg
The auto shop is also good because you can buy customer vehicles, some of which are the ones removed by R*.
Why the jeep💀
I would just use the duke of death instead of the Kuruma. It's free and can take more damage than the Kuruma.
DoD's armor is slightly less effective but every point you make is valid.
I think it's also slightly faster than the AK, isn't it?
Also buy stuff when its on sale. I bought a bunker on sale, nightclub on sale, hangar on sale, terrorbyte, & MOC on sale, so worth it.
I might just be old school but I feel the Buzzard helocopter is better
Be even better with armour
Better on ability to take hits but missile cool down of the Buzzard sucks and lacking the Sparrow's countermeasures.
It's so fun! I actually bought the mk1 after I had the mk2 and love it
I’ve had one for a while and it’s very good but one bump and you go flying
The jet pack is good to with missles
And a mk1 does not mean you have 5 instant enemys bc you are on a mk2 xd
I have both and still fly my mk1 90% of the time.. It's very fun to fly and I have gotten pretty good with it.
Just dont do replay gliches. cayo perico stil makes more money
@@keesakkermans7488Once I started making a milion every 10 minutes it is quite hard go back to grinding normally. But I get your point.
@@ryanprime381 How on earth are you making a million every 10 minutes? I’d like to be able to do this.
@@keesakkermans7488 Cayo Perico is more... Anoying to do, so Dr. Dre missions all day for me. Even without Replay Glitches.
Honestly the hangar has been my best investment. Esoecially having it at the military base. Makes stealing the jets so much easier

So far I have refused to buy the Depressor, and I will until the end of my days

Copyright free background music something if im not wrong
These series have helped me alot bro❤️
I liked my own comment
i liked your comment too
Garbage trend
Smartest thing I've done lately is fully upgrade my Agency. Now I have an Ammu Nation right next to my apartment with an elevator straight to the ground or up to the heli pad. Talk about saving time. Wish I had done it sooner.
I actually stayed until the end, this video is mad helpful.
You can get shot out of the Duke of death by npcs
the duke o death is cheaper because it's a free vehicle but regardless it is a much better vehicle
Thanks man I'm now extremely rich because of you
I’m a solo player and I’ve been getting into GTA online again after god knows how many years. I’ve been using the Duke O death a lot and honestly….Best purchase I’ve made before I stopped playing. It’s a tough ass bitch and tanked quite a couple of missiles from annoyed neighbors.
It’s my work horse and I’m proud to have it.
Best investments:
Kosatka & sparrow
Businesses - acid lab & bunker
Land vehicles - armoured kuruma , toreador , phantom wedge .
Air vehicles - mk2 , buzzard , hydra or the new jet .
Weapons - up n atom , ap pistol , heavy sniper mk2 explosive rounds
Helpful items - scuba diving suit & night vision
Can u make a video of best 5 passive income ways in the game. For people that dont want to play the game at all except ocassionally but want to get rich passively to buy stuff etc
Sorry for the trivial dumb request
I know you mentioned the nightclub and acidlab but a dedicated passive income video would be epic
I bought the submarine a year ago and slept on everything. I just started grinding and I'm getting mad money. Got myself an autoshop and vehicle cargo business.
Good advice, I would not bother with mk2 for 8 mill tho.
MK2 is great if you like getting shot out of the air only to have your body land like a rag doll
Honorable mention...for early players get the free Duke of Death. Still grind with that car. Armor and explosive resistance...and its free.
Owning everything but the grass and document forgery mc businesses with a maxed out nightclub, I make a ton of passive money. A can mess around in freemode or grind other heist setups while the night club collects me around 250k-500k just in safe money during a play session. The night club is by far my favorite way to make money
Im doing a garbage to greatness series in GTA, basically going from poor to rich. help me bro lol.
@@beansinacan500 comment that under my video to make it look like I got motion lmao
@@TheRealAyeeFive you got a video up?
@@beansinacan500 yeah
Buy personal quarters,,, Or try buy a garage as close to your hanger etc as possible It helps at the start when funds are low
Gg man
I can't argue with this list!! Thanks TGG
3 videos on one day! I love the vids man and you have inspired me to make my own gta content. Keep up the good work
I think for newer players a club should be the first. Then Agency to the agency and so on. Keep popularity up and 50k every 48 min and your club supply increases passively. Just my thought
I have all but the Hakuchou Drag, but this helped me decide to buy it, thank dude!
Good choice!
What up man. Love your videos bruh. Keep it up.
Bunker gives you the research for the explosive sniper and thermal scope, Which is absolutely vital.
Yeh good list, get the kosatka then use the other businesses during the cayo cooldown.
Bro said “time is money, the more time you save, the more money you’re gonna make, so when you look at it that way…”
I came for smart financial tips and left with slick bars
W youtuber, thanks for helping me!
I'll add to the 1st armored vehicle one, the weapononized Tampa can be called in everything I've tried that doesn't allow other weapononized vehicles like the deluxo or oppressor, its not the best but has missiles and a turret
Dude this thing looks sick! I'm def going to check it out hahaha
Bro TGG you are actually a G, you rank higher than the ranking tier think like the F to S you get your own rank higher than every other.
Keep up with the great content TGG.
That lobby switching also works on ps4 because traveling mostly still takes longer then switching sessions
The Agency is the best thing you can own in the game, the Kosatka come after that now because they nerfed Cayo and made it harder, where as the dr dre contract can be done again every week and is easier, but may take longer, but when you already have millions their is no need to rush.
Everyone seems to forget about the Duke O' Death.....
a 15k pegassi bati bike with max upgrades is still somehow the fastest bike for old gens
I love how nimble to the Sparrow is too.
SPARROW vs OpM2
...people are also less likely to KOS you in a Sparrow
it's just too bad the sparrow is weaker then wet toilet paper
@@isaacclarke7425 yeah, it can't really bounce off buildings and trees as easily as other birds can, give ya that
i would add the Raiju on this list, grind 3½ hours of Hangar business this week and it's basically paid itself.
Always good watching these vids, even tho you probably already knew this info. I like to watch them in case these some dumbass update I'm unaware of.
nightclub, kosatka, sparrow, casino penthouse. Everything else is just not necessary. The penthouse is for logging into the game and spinning the wheel a few seconds later.
