You’ll love this. I’m a Krewe of Arsenal New Orleans Gooner… I watch at Finn McCools, and watching us win but lose was tragic, but felt good across the boards… I had to work at 5pm at another bar, and saw one of my favorite regulars who follows the pelicans, the saints, LSU, and Chelsea… he’s otherwise a great dude, but… I walked in and he said “ man, I’m sorry you couldn’t pull it off. They’re gonna fire Artetta now”… I got a bit butt hurt, but I said “why would we fire Artetta? That’s a Chelsea thing.”…. 😂
ATS the best way to go Tom.
There you go man, keep as cool as you can.
Face piles
And piles
Of trials
With smiles.
It riles them to believe
That you perceive
The web they weave
And keep on thinking free.
The Moody Blues
Good Show again Tom 👏 👍 👌 🙌 Keep Up the great work 👏
All the best to you Tom & your family ❤ We appreciate the time & effort 👌 you put in! 👍
Regarding ordering kits from Arsenal. I been ordering last 4 years directly from the app to US and it comes quickly and correct. I found it easyeast opp.
Great show mat! 2000 likes for sure!
Ferdi Kadıoğlu looks decent +1 vote for value add to squad
Where does he play?can help defend?
Kompany news is mental!!!
New kit.... Dunno? I had warmed to the previous leak without the purple
Usually the leaked kits are spot on for months, this season the leaked renders have been way off numerous times, this 3rd kit looks way better than the leaks suggested, excited to see the Away Kit properly now. That one has caught my eye the most even tho everyone keeps calling it a Mexico kit
Only on certain details
I live in Los Angeles. I order personalized jerseys from the Arsenal store at least once a season. It can take anywhere from 2 and 1/2 to 4 weeks to get here. Btw, I’m an Arsenal America member! Lol
Leverkusen would make sense for the kid see him as direct replacement for frimpong but his versatility might appease us but i don't know the off the ball defensive metric in the current prem curious though
That third kit 🔥🔥🔥🔥 black shorts will def hit hard
That 3rd Kit is dang beautiful!
Isn’t it a rehash of a Madrid one? Does look nice though
@@NL-fg6it well I dont mind, Madrid are my 2nd team too haha!
Tom I also saw another leaked image of the away kit with some more details on it, looks much better than the first photo we all saw
I hope so
I’d call that 3rd kit “Northern Lights”
Ademola Lookman is what we need on the LW. He's premier League proven, less than £25m, good with both feet and more technically honed than Martinelli. He was instrumental to Nigeria playing in the Afcon final.
Couldn’t agree more. Always rated Lookman. He’d definitely push Martinelli💯
Martinelli is better
Let's get atalanta coach as well....🤦
You are doing a great job bro you deserve even 3k likes everyday
No names on my shirts. The only one I had on a shirt was Aubameyang……and we know how that ended.
I know it's all about tactics and how to come. But it's there anyway , ESR could be a feature in the near future. He was and still could be our best goal scoring midfielder. Xidgunner
Goooooood morning TC!!!!
QUESTION: If all of the departures happen that we are expecting, will we have a ‘homegrown’ problem? (Projecting to lose Rambo, ESR, Nelson, Nketiah, Okonkwo). Thank you!!
Annnnd, 3 minutes after I posted my question here, you presciently answered it on watchback. LoL!!!
Kits when order comes on time or before the time
Last year I ordered the Islington theme kit from the Arsenal store for there tour of the USA. My kit didn’t arrive until two months later. Bad experience and the Kit didn’t seem authentic. Why is it that Arsenal kits aren’t sold in Adidas Brick and mortar stores here in US malls?
Hmm did you follow that up at all?
Kadioglu Tom. Or Kadıoğlu if you want to throw in the accent.
Bijiow from what I've seen for the Netherlands NT leaves me cold. Cheap but good. Fractured wrist gk's are a bit of a red flag. Don't need a return to Ospina's milky chocolate wrists.
Young back up gks to look out for, Cooper or Patterson in England. Or the slightly older Spanish Alvaro Valles or Ivan Villar.
Wouldn't be surprised if Arsenal go for one of the Burnley gk's in Muric or Trafford if the price is right or if our annual questionable Chelsea purchase is Kepa. Or Ramaj at Ajax if kicking is the absolute focus. Which it shouldn't be imo.
If you'd like a wacky name out of nowhere to go and youtube -Plamen Andreev. You heard it here first :)
Then again, you're reading the thoughts of someone who was convinced Arsenal would sign Igor Akinfeev for at least five years.
Luiz Junior of Famalicao has been great for several seasons now and he's only 23. Very commanding gk with high percentage of crosses stopped!
@@kemalkaharuddin2668 Would be entirely fine with, but what's he like with his feet? And does he speak English/Spanish?
@@tjr2109 Quite exceptional actually, especially good with his launches but composed at passing short too. Haven't seen any interview of him that's not in Portuguese😅we've got a good bunch of Brazilians so he'd do fine I think. He's been one of if not the best performing GK in Portugal this past season, saving 3/3 penalties along the way. An absolute unit as well at 1.94m. So anything less than 10M is a steal imo
@@kemalkaharuddin2668 I remember hearing about him. The two keepers at Villarreal I also keep hearing a lot about, Filip Jörgensen who's overtaken Pepe Reina and his younger back up Iker Álvarez. Bento is the Brazil prospect I suspect Arsenal would go for if available, with Diego Callai meant to be the next in Brazil's gk stocks presently after that, but who knows if any would accept entering the club being 2nd choice. I also don't trust Inaki Cana's scouting opinion on keepers in anyway.
Lucas Cañizares (Who isn't playing at RM) and Callan McKenna are two other young names on paper, but I couldn't tell you anything about them that I haven't picked up from youtube.
My track record is okay, and was very high on Svilar for a while, but it's only taken until this season for him to get a run of games. So, might be safer going for someone proven. If Szczęsny wants to come back I'd be all for it. Álvaro Valles remains my top pick presently.
@@tjr2109 Jorgensen looks very promising and has been a revelation for Villarreal, think he recorded most saves in LL 23/24. Seen some comps on Bento but rather underwhelming imo, not bad but certainly not remarkable either. All things considered I think we should go for a young GK who is already a starter elsewhere and will bring real competition to Raya and possibly outclass him in a few years.
In any case I fully agree in regards to Inaki Cana as I imagine many of us do
Tom remember when I told you we should take Ademola lookman at arsenal? 😁
What a performance yesterday
He is class
Preferred to Martinelli on the LW, technically better.
I like that kit. Red and yellow look ridiculous on me !
Hey Tom! That new kit, I like the design but what's going on with those stripes on the shoulders? It's like some sort of Army stripes, is that a nod to the Army connection of the club or is it just coincidental?
Adidas stripes
we need to sign Viktor gyokeres
Kadıoğlu 😊
Take what you’re given and make it enough
Enough is what people should strive for
Hey Tom, on the subject of the Man City 115 charges, the BBC published the following list 8 days ago (as it's the BBC I would expect it to be the real deal). The charge of Failure to co-operate with PL investigations goes to Feb 2023, so if found guilty and punished I would hope for points deductions every year, as every year they would be guilts of trying to hold up the investigation. That doesn't cover this season but maybe they will get that added if they have been deemed to still be not cooperating. Ultimately I'm hoping they get found guilty of everything and have 5 to 10 points docked for every season since 2009.
Headline: Manchester City 115 charges explained: What is latest on club's PSR case?
What are the 115 charges against Man City?
• 54x Failure to provide accurate financial information 2009-10 to 2017-18.
• 14x Failure to provide accurate details for player and manager payments from 2009-10 to 2017-18.
• 5x Failure to comply with Uefa's rules including Financial Fair Play (FFP) 2013-14 to 2017-18.
• 7x Breaching Premier League's PSR rules 2015-16 to 2017-18.
• 35x Failure to co-operate with Premier League investigations December 2018 - Feb 2023.
In total, City have been charged with 115 breaches of Premier League regulations.
Not all of these breaches relate to financial issues. Thirty-five relate to the club's alleged failure to co-operate with the Premier League investigation from 2018 up until February 2023.
The financial allegations go back to 2009 and were highlighted in leaked material published by German newspaper Der Spiegel. City have always said these leaked emails were obtained illegally.
I told you 6 months ago that it would go down to GD
@@DarrenTaylor-be5hf I said before the season started that I thought it could go down to GD this season, it was only one result off that, if we had won a game we drew or if City had drawn a game they won, that's all it would have taken for it to be won on GD. My prediction for next season is Arsenal win it. Look at the stats getting better each year, next year is the one, with the improved squad and everyone finishing their chances off.
2020/21, 8th, 61 points, +16 GD, 55 GF
2021/22, 5th, 69 points, +13 GD, 61 GF
2022/23, 2nd, 84 points, +45 GD, 88 GF
2023/24, 2nd, 89 points, +62 GD, 91 GF
2024/25, 1st, 97 points, +70 GD, 95 GF
@@JohnScarrott I told you 6 months ago that it would go down to GD
1000 likes is like coming second in the league Tom.. 2000 is like winning the league. You need to raise your standards :-).
Raise those foggin standardz
10 caps for the national side and a starter at Feyenoord. Ya think he would like to start.. below Raya?
I’ll show myself out.
Morning Sir, good show, a couple of thoughts. Should City be found guilty of all these charges, most of which we're led to believe are very serious, the proper punishment should not be a fine or a points deduction, they should be demoted to the National League and have to start over. Add a transfer ban to that for say maybe 10 years. The league records should show their name as league winners but with an asterisk against them explaining they won by foul means.
Re the issue with the congested fixture list, I have long believed the PL is too big, 20 teams is too many, 18 should be the absolute maximum (as in Germany I believe) even possibly 16. This would afford great opportunity for recovery and preparation for European competitions.
Lastly thinking on this vote on VAR, giving that VAR is not actually the problem, it's the on and off field officials, don't you think the clubs having a vote of no confidence in PGMOL would send shockwaves through the game here and throw far more weight at the need to change, than simply voting on VAR itself?
Great content 👍
Why is it that only Arsenal fans complain about Man Citys unproven charges against them every day?
Something wrong with TH-cam, I don't get notifications anymore, I only see on X when you post. Does anyone else have this issue?
Well it’s the same time every day so just set your alarm pal aha
🦂🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🦂
On clubs looking at young managers following MA's impressive run, they could get an Arteta, or they could get a Lampard .... 🤣🤣🤣
Or they could get a title winner after 18 months Alonso..
A broken wrist is hardly a recurring injury concern is it?!
It is when you're a goalie especially if you've got 2 pages worth of injury records on tmarkt
Italy will have 6 teams in champion league next season
Crazy
I DO NOT like that 3rd kit. Looks like it was accidentally washed with a pair of red socks.
If city got charged and taken their trophies from them, would you celebrate our 2 titles?
Also they should take 5 points off city on each of the seasons they found guilty. For example this season Wed win in, but the season united finished 12 points off, they'd actually finish 7 points off.
I’d find it very hard to
The fact that we are going in for another keeper when Ramsdale is there is really sad and unfair becuase he hasnt had a chance to play this season. We are already looking at signing low quality players from lower leagues which will not help us progress
lookman is very cheap so I think he is worth the risk. 10 million euros
Ferdi Kadıoğlu to Arsenal makes no sense to me ...there may be some interest from Leverkusen.
His defensive stats are reminiscent of Zinchenko. I thought we were phasing him out in favour of left backs who could actually defend?
@@mat_willmentwhat you have said is true . The only difference would be Freddy is a more aggressive player in attack and is quite agile with the ball. He gets fouled alot and his dribbling stats resemble that of a skillfull attacking midfielder. Lol
@@hanzosiku all this sounds good for a left winger. But this season’s success has been built upon clean sheets. This guy just seems like someone who opposition teams would target. Not for me.
Makes a lot of sense if you're adding depth to have a player that realistically can play five positions. If you want to go totally ape shit, remember he's effectively the Cedric replacement. Hato will no longer be cheap, Timber exists and sales of Tierney and Tavares need to happen before any big full back/elbow back defender could be done imo. Priorities for purchases are clearly further up the field presently. Midfielder, some kind of forward/winger then a back up gk. 👍
@@user-ij7gy3bs6c Where’s the proof that he’s a better defender than Zinchenko? He’s played all over the pitch and his defensive numbers are very average. That’s in an inferior league too. Look, if he signs I’ll judge him on his time at Arsenal. I’d just rather someone else.
Who cares who arsenal sign, they're either getting injured, playing shit for them, or winning nothing for them. Small club small mentality.
Is everything okay at home?
The 3rd kit is CRAP.
In your opinion
