I wish i could have met Jack. Im proud to know his son who is keeping the tradition of rook dineout and preserving and keeping the memory of Jack's legacy. I can't wait to go to rook dineout and i am planning on going to Norwich as a cadet. Norwich Forever! Essayons! Thank you Jack RIP.

Jack Abare story: I met him 1 year after I graduated from Norwich. I worked in admissions at Norwich. I spoke at a program on the North Shore of MA. He came up to me after the program and said if I ever stopped liking working at Norwich - to contact him. He handed me his business card and simply said "Plastics" and walked away. His business card was made out of see thru red plastic. It was like a scene out of the movie The Graduate LOL! A good guy
