300g (10.5oz) Conchiglie pasta
cooking al dente
olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
200 g (7.5 oz) mushrooms, diced
butter
zest of 1 lemon
1 glass of dry white wine
300 ml (1 1/2 cups / 10.5 fl oz) heavy cream
salt and pepper
pasta water
70 g (2.5 oz) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
✅ Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well
✅ Serve once you have mixed the sauce with the pasta!
