I know the kranzle cost more but you’ll have so much less stress by having one. No pump is needed it self primes. Ultra quiet, serviceable, just all around a better machine. To spend $950 on a machine you use daily several times a day is worth it in my opinion.
I just want to add. That I had problems with my pump failing every few months like most mobile units we ran. So with my experience use a generator with a standard Honda engine water pressure. It will not be as clean of a setup but it easier to not run into issue of pump failure. Easier to maintain and more dependable.

It's available again as of April 2021 but around $50 more due to the higher costs of parts and at least an upgraded switch. Obsessed Garage is even carrying this pressure washer now and plans to have a version to their spec. I just received mine from Amazon but haven't tried it out yet.

That rubber pressure washer hose might not last long for daily beating. The rubber isn't recommended for asfalt due to the rough surface. I had one aswell. Watch the hose.

And very nice, too. I'm surprised at the power-it's more than we'll ever need, and we've not even used the most powerful setting yet.I've cleaned off a dirty concrete porch to get it ready for sealing, started to clean siding, and I know this pressure washer will be terrific for cleaning tools this fall.The only issue we had is we had turned around the hose connector, and it leaked. Once it was on correctly, though, we had no problems with the connection. Just remember that the end with the green knob goes towards the hose. It's obvious now what we did wrong, but not necessarily obvious at the time.
Why not just use a self priming rv water pump, they auto shut off when not in use and give plenty of psi/gpm for even the thistiest pressure washer. Thanks for the vid!

To all and future car detailers and car washers u can start out with just the basic things u need to get the job done.if u a true detailer u don't need half y this stuff.not being negative but if you just starting out.alot of this may confuse u.like me I only use powerful pressure washers like Honda DeWalt 3100 psi 4200 psi blows water off much faster .they just it doesn't matter .to me yes it do specially doing a big truck with mud and grime.im from old school I've seen detailers come and go trust me.

No need to use DI water. Most cars will use anywhere from 10-20 gallons.

Would a 3400psi be too much? Or is it fine as long as I watch my distance?
Maybe check out the CAT 1800PSI/1.8GPM residential. 3,400 isn’t too tough from 2 feet away but you can’t remain that constantly aware all the time.
