It is preferred usually as a reference book. The gold standard is Lippincott

Honestly, you don't need a lot of stationary in MS1. Usually only a pen, paper, your books and a laptop or phone for online videos and resources

You'll have to search the name up on Google. Many resources can be found there online. There are too many websites to count
Just tell me are we supposed to cram all the subjects or only anatomy, please elaborate things to the point
If you study conceptually then you won't need to cram. But yes in locomotor a lot of cramming is involved
