Hey Guys! Welcome and in today’s video, Monk Idan shares his stories about how to deal with difficulties in life and how he overcome all these obstacles!
Monk Idan's mission is to offer the extremely valuable knowledge, techniques, and practices that have helped him cope with depression, anxiety, and other bad emotions.
There are ups and downs in life. We may not always be able to control what occurs to us in life, but we can always control how we respond. We may feel on top of the world one day, full of joy and enthusiasm as a result of a recent vacation or job promotion. All of that can come crashing down when you learn of a loved one's death or a friend's treachery.
The Buddha's teachings have aided people in working with their ideas and emotions during times of groundlessness, dread, and loss for over 2500 years. Many people in the United States have already found how Buddhist understanding and practice can assist them in dealing with personal difficulties and grief.
While that concept may appear depressing, it can really empower people: while we cannot prevent adversity, we can modify how we respond to it. This can aid in the relief of uncomfortable emotions brought on by suffering and stress.
Buddhists have a unique perspective on issues. They don't insist on denying them, and they don't attempt to get out of them as quickly as Westerners do. Their mentality is more adaptable, which explains why they have different values when faced with adversity.
Situations differ, and dealing with a broken cell phone is not the same as dealing with a divorce or the death of a family member. Buddhists, on the other hand, believe that both situations provide opportunities to build essential abilities that will aid you in dealing with challenging situations in the future.

The most relevent thing we share to the world. Our mental health is more more important, lam also goes throug depression.😔
I feel the same too for long time. But I am not getting a true person who can walk me through this. The psychologist here sre more concerned with their money than treating the people with love and guidance. They just want to push the medicines. I do not want to be a pill dependent. Thank you so much for sharing and touching such a wonderful topic.🙏🙏
Dear Princy, thank you for sharing your situation with me and I can feel that you are very determined to overcome these challenges that you face. I hope that the content that we put here & in our Facebook Page is helpful for you on your Path 🌷 I'm here by your side

So many don’t have the resources to see a professional or the wherewithal to find one who is even taking new clients these days. Not all professionals are skilled or dedicated to others either. It’s just not so cut and dry. We all need to learn about the amazing resources, the beautiful bright light inside our own hearts and souls and how to resource it. This is step 1. 🙏☀️💙☀️🙏
Yes my dear, there are many tools that we can use according to our means and the changing situations around us. The most important is to have hope that tools for self improvement do exist. I wish you and your loved ones a successful day in everything you do 🌷
