13:28 The Musical Carousel...! My favorite ride at Kentucky Kingdom! 🥰🎶🎹🎻🥁 The theme is quite unique indeed! 😉 Music notes all around the carousel, including the top canopy, the ceiling, the bottom center and even some big physical ones in the middle... The platform/floor even looks like piano keys! And of course, you get to ride musical instruments! A fun twist on the classic carousel 🙂
I like to ride on the tubas, French horns, and violins, because I can rock back and forth as I ride them, and not only that, but I also like the mechanical clunks and other mechanical sounds the Musical Carousel makes as it goes around 🙂 It's like the carousel is making its own little drumbeat, and I love that 😊 I call the clunks the "Signature Clunks", since I haven't heard such clear and rhythmic mechanical sounds on a carousel before I rode the Musical Carousel 😉
Could you make a video of the Musical Carousel for me? I'd love it 🥰 So I can hear the Signature Clunks and watch the instruments go around 😊 Maybe even try riding it yourself?
Just realized that my edits for my Coaster Count/Stats didn't save... whoopsies! But for those you keeping track at home, Roller Skater would've been Credit No. 204!
I went for the first time last year to their Halloween event. A season pass here is dirt cheap and something to take advantage of. Hoping to get a couple of trips in here this year though the park is a 4 hour drive, breaching that barrier where I am going to get a hotel rather than driving home. The only gripe I could possibly have with this place is the stapling they give you on Lightning run. I dream of getting some airtime with a couple inches of space. All in all though, very underrated park. I suspect that this is where a new RMC single rail will go soon.
Oh, nice!!! The drive sounds intense, but at least Louisville is a cool town if you wanted to extend your visit. And yeah, I didn’t mind the stapling TOO much on L-Run, but I could’ve used a little more room there. A single rail would be perfect - especially if they made it Kentucky Derby themed!!!
Congrats on your 200th credit! Makes me want to start tracking my own! I would love Kentucky flyer. I'm wondering if Days of Thunder/Sponge Bob at CW was 4D?
Thank you!!! It can fun to keep track haha! I didn’t have many until the past couple years when I started travelling, so they rack up quickly 🤪 And yes it was! Back then the Action Theatre had the motion seats, and it was super fun!
Congrats on your 200th credit. Even that twink behind was celebrating with you! Was it me or didn't the park really say anything Kentucky? Bluegrass? Mint Juleps? Turtle Races? Those 4 and 5 D theatres used to be a big thing. There was a space in shopping mall here in Philly that offered 8D. But after my nightmarish experience with the Simpsons ride at Universal Hollywood, I'm done with that sort of thing.
Thank you 🥳🎢😅 And yeah, there’s really not much that’s inherently “Kentucky” about the park besides the Bluegrass Cafe and Kentucky Flyer being a shoutout to the fact that the park is near an airport. I guess you could also count all the rides named after storms??? 🌪️ But that’s why I say there’s so much potential for a Herschend to infuse that kind of stuff into the park. I love the idea of selling Mint Juleps, and you could easily do rides themed to Turtle Races and the Kentucky Derby. Wonderland has a 4D theatre as well when I was growing up! They aren’t perfect attractions but the nostalgia of getting to do one again was nice. I just wish the film but better haha.
I don't like I'm talking down, cause they don't know how to treat autism people, and I thought you ought to twice, for no reason, and my sister was crying, that's not, that's not a nice place for autism. People don't go heal, please and if you do wanna know, gonna have it bad is I mean, the place is fun, but I was tall enough to ride a ride, and they wouldn't let me on it, because I would have been 2 times, and that was it
Super unique layout to have the waterpack just basically built in to the theme park!! Still looks like a solid park despite the ample closures
It’s so interesting! It’s definitely worth visiting.
I've never laughed so hard at one of your videos as I did at 14:30 😆 Scott's patience and delivery was PERFECT
I’ll admit, he caught me off guard with that comeback 🤣
Awesome video! Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching!

It’s so cool! I love when carousels have unique designs like that.
I don’t know when I’ll be back at Kentucky Kingdom, but I’ll add it to the list for when I do 😁
@@AdventuresWithParker Thanks 😊

Simpsons ride made me sooo sick! Not for me.
Is this from 2023? I see T3 is up, but it started being taken apart April 1st
Yes it is! I’m very behind on videos haha 🙈
