Still learning about ICP so far. It's soild next generation tech but my thought was this. Right now our internet is of course centralized and most of us need to pay a monthly Internet fee to have the connection to use the current Internet TO access ICP. Without being able to use a browser you can't Interact with ICP at all right? Just how if you lose cell service you can't access anything or make calls? If it's trying to upgrade the current Internet it would need to rely on it's own infrastructure right? Like maybe an ICP browser?
