Thank you. Not being bothered, letting things pass through me… these are challenging. Why does my body and mind hold on to experience? I’m observing that it picks apart and examines experiences and stores them as memories so it can make future decisions based off a set of guidelines it has created in the context of my life. If I give it a goal it will adjust the guidelines but it still lives in fear of suffering. Avoiding suffering vs embracing suffering as a natural part of life is quite the shift. I’m learning a lot here 😅
Just wanted to ask you guys a question whose teachings did you find more profound michael singer or Ekchart tolle no comparison but michael singer is genius solved the problem like a flowing man but Ekchart practices made me look like a mad person😂
Well, it starts with a lie. Earth isn't the only lush planet and the only civilazation and if you're into meditation for as long as Michael Singer I think you should know that.
@JayN-bu5hm Indeed. And not only that. After 30 years of meditation he should know that we're not mere humans. We're multi-dimensional beings having a brief experience as a human. It might be a little far fetched for some listeners so I understand that he doesn't want to speak about that but he's not doing anyone a favor by pretending that Earth/Gaia is the only planet that has such a variety of fauna, flora and people. We're evolving and becoming more and more aware of our origins. In a time where soft disclosure is going on (the drones) it would be better to help pave the way for full disclosure and open contact by dropping *factual* nuggets. I do like his content though (I have 2 of his books).
Wise life changing letting go strategies. Brilliant! Thankyou
Beautiful thank you dearly 💫🌟♥️
