HACCP: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Course

  • Are you looking for an online HACCP course that is approved by the International HACCP Alliance? Then this is the course for you! This course is a general HACCP training appropriate for all food and beverage processors. As an approved HACCP training, your certificate of course completion will be recognized by food safety auditors and inspectors.
    Participants will go through 16 modules, each followed by a short quiz. They will then complete a HACCP plan for a given scenario as part of the final exam. Final exams are graded by an instructor, who provides specific feedback, so that participants learn how to improve their HACCP plans.
