For Eevee in pokemon go, there is a trick for getting the right eevee-lution you want. In the game they programmed it where if you named the eevee something specific, itll evolve to that corresponding eevee-lution. Here is the list: Rainer (for Vaporeon) Sparky (for Jolteon) Pyro (for Flareon) Tamao (for Umbreon) Sakura (for Espeon) Rea (for Glaceon) Linnea (for Leafeon) Kira (for Sylveon) Do note that this only works the first time you do it. So make sure the eevee you evolve has good enough values so that you evolve into the one you want with good stats. Hope this helps.

Gyms act as sort a nesting ground for raids, when you see the egg with a timer that means that when the timer runs out the egg will hatch and the raid will begin. These are usually rarer pokemon but are also sometimes mega evolutions of pokemon and upon defeat give you a lot of mega evolution stones. Most of the time though they are just rarer pokemon, these include legendary pokemon which make it the primary way to catch legendaries (the other two ways being fighting giovani in rocket baloons or some quests have legendaries but the best way is through raids). You wont be able to do raids on your own, since the pokemon's CP for raids is super high. You'll need to find several friends, to do this i recommend the pokemon go raids subreddit and just responding to them and hoping they add you to their raids. Raids also take a remote raid pass (or raid pass if you are close enough) and the game usually gifts those once a week for 1 coin in the shop so be sure to pick those up (can only have a max of 3 remote raid passes in inventory). Another thing about Gyms is that when you keep it for a full 24 hours you can get up to 50 coins. However this can only occur once a day and can only be done in one gym a day AND overlapping days dont count. For example even if you go over 48 hours in a gym, you still only get 50 coins. You get these coins once you are knocked out of a gym by someone else. Also if you have multiple gyms covered you still only get 50 coins a day. (kind of blows but its how Niantic does it to not completely make buying coins obselete.) Anyways hope i explained this well enough. Im level 36 playing on and off for a while now (leveling really slows down once you get to 30). Imma add you so hit me up for a raid sometime.

Did 2 random raids today and got a shiny Moltres and shiny Espurr, then immediately following the Espurr raid I hatched a shiny galarian Farfetch’d. I was super hyped, by far the most shinies I’ve gotten in a day minus community days.

I started playing again about 2 months ago and I also lost my account that I never saved the password to :( I made a new account and I’m lvl 25 already. The other day I caught 2 legendary Pokémon in one day, a Zapdos and a Latios. My best Pokémon right now tho that I caught some days before was a Dragonite that has like 2900CP. I never did get why large parking lots are hotspots for Pokémon🧐
You get mega energy by doing mega raids. Currently the only mega out is mega pidgeot but mega Gengar will be in rotation soon. For your Charizard it is best to use and elite charge Tm on it in order to get blast burn and a regular fast Tm to give it fire spin. Mega Charizard Y is the best fire type attacker in the game so it’s good to have a powerful one. For you Wartortle it’s best to wait for an even that allows you to evolve it to Blastoise and gain the move Hydro Cannon because Mega Blastoise is a very good water type attacker too. Wait till the December Community Day to evolve the Zweilous you evolved in this video. Hydreigon with its exclusive move Brutal Swing is the best non mega dark type Pokémon in the game. Have a good dark type is good for going up against Pokémon like Mewtwo
Have you tried GBL?? It’s super addicting but takes some grinding and stardust to build good Pokémon for great league and ultra league. Also gives you solid rewards like legendaries when you hit a certain level

Mega raids = mega energy for that specific Pokémon. Once you mega a Pokémon you can then set it as your buddy and walk it to gain mega energy for it Don’t hoard too many 3 stars. You will get better stuff in the future. Don’t waste dust either. Evolve and use your highest cp Pokémon for now
