I love three things about this: 1/ You didnt butcher DJ white Shadow's intro. 2/ how close this sounds to a realisitic demo vocal 3/ the structure of the song actually sounds like how Gaga would do it. Others just slap the vocals wherever and it really doesnt feel like a Gaga song. This actually feels like a real demo she could have been working on at the same time as Aura/GUY.
Not only is the melody great, but I really love the lyrical double entendres! Being addicted to someone (like caffeine), needing to know where you stand with them (needing the “tea”), the unrequited lover having a bitter taste, reading their fortune in tea leaves, the fine china lyric…good work!
