i wish we seen more of mirabel and camilo as a duo. i think they have a strong bond but they just didn’t show it that much in the movie! also you know when the casita is cracking and mirabel tries to save the candle? isabela and camilo both run that direction but isabela is the only one (besides mirabel) that’s going for the candle and camilo if you look closely (it’s hard to tell because the scene is so fast but i slowed it down) you can see the candle’s reflection in camilo’s eyes but his eyes never left mirabel and he was trying to run after her to stop her from putting herself in danger.🫶🏻
