This is why GG is at the top of their game. Incredibly in sync dance, amazing cheog and its done in sweats, without any special effect on stage. Shed all the glitz and blitz and this is what you get. The real girls, in the real world, putting in time and effort into polishing their performance. It's true, they are talented but talent is everywhere. They have more than just talent. It is that extra factor that has brought them to such great heights.

these practice videos with no make-up and only in sweats bring out the best in the girls. they don't need the costumes and whatnot to prove to the world that they deserve to be where they are now. i'm proud of these 9 angels!

To my understanding, Jessica was actually one of SM's most prized trainees, as she was being trained to be the next BoA. Which is why she has good vocals, and very good dancing skills, but there was something that she lacked, which was essence which is why they put her in GG. but honestly, haven't you guys noticed that Jessica's voice and BoA's really have the same tone, and feel to it, that soft,light,airy sound. Which is probably why she trained 7years 6months training.

It's like flashes of the original MV popped into my mind at each individual member's part and I remembered how pretty it was when I watched it back then. I totally love the feather fans and I recall thinking back then that if they were in black, it would have looked like dancing ostriches in balck & white plume.
SNSD's dance is not just about perfect sync. Its hidden beauty also lie on non stop changing of different formations. They start with single column and soon change to triangle and do this every 10seconds or so. They constantly move one position to another without bumping to one another. Often Sosi move to different position without looking back as if they all have third eye. Their dance is now become a pure art...
@DawnOfIris Yes, Sica was also introduced as one of the faces of SNSD in their debut but the "real" faces then were actually Yoona and Tiffany. Jessica was in the dancer group along with Hyoyeon. If you watch some of their pre-debut/debut dancing clips, Sica is one hell of a powerful dancer. Then after she kindda had a low stamina for dancing (as seen in GGTS) so SM asked her to focus on her singing instead. So ryt now, she's in the Vocal line along with Tae, Fany and Seo.
People really underestimate Jessica's dancing because they don't get to see enough of it, proves here that she's a really good dancer, just wish that she would get more individual dancing roles. None the less they're all great, and the choreography is lovely!

She definitely gives her all to things that are important, but her minimalist personality makes her cut corners whenever she can. I do sometimes miss her attitude during 'Into the New World' though

taeyon,jessica,seohyun,tiffany and sunny spends most of their time to practice their vocal since they are the vocalist...that's why they have most of the lines singing...while yoona,yuri, sooyoung and hyeyeon spend most of their times practice dancing...so they are the most highlighted one when comes the dancing part..while the center i am pretty sure they will put the person who are getting the most popularity by the times goes by..now, jessica,seohyun and yoona gets so mush love from fans..
