@@Jan-wk7zn That’s a good question.. I stopped doing anything high impact like running or skipping. I just did as much as I could, things like sprints on the bike etc. But your priority should be just healing your ankle, you won’t get much fitter in a few weeks but you can heal your ankle. Hope it helps 👊🏻

How did you train when you have injured ankle and how long it takes to heal ? Cuz mine also hurt and i got upcoming fight this month
