She's not copying HAMZY. Nobody has copyrighted hamzy's way of mukbang. Creators have freedom to try new ways. Also she creates so many videos for us, how we like. I am an Indian and right now I am studying in Korea as you have said *korean kimchi noodles* it's actually is not kimchi noodles as we made vegetable and lots of ingredients has to use and about the noodles I guess it's spicy korean noodles so basically kimchi we often have and the kimchi korean noodles also but what you ate wasn't Kimchi korean noodles.
