Quick correction. Isabella was almost a year older than Ferdinand.

Why did all of the other countries (E.g. UK, Netherlands, France andf other European Countries) violate the Treaty of Tordesillas and conquer the other parts of the new world? Also, why both Spain and Portugal didn't not capture the lands later as stipulated in the treaty?

Most other European nations did not recognize the treaty. Spain and Portugal tried to enforce the treaty and their rights but the task proved to be too burdensome.

@@TIMELINE_MarkVinet So the Spain and Portugal change their colonies' boundary and eventually give up and abandon the ownerships that the treaty granted.

Because papal authority doesn't apply to Anglicans, Swedes, Quakers, or Dutch Reformers. As far as the French, I do not know.

If the Greeks, the Arabs and others knew so much about cartography, it wouldnt be the Portuguese to first sail and to make the maps of the globe!

Enrique didn't want to marry teen Isabella. She was his sister. He wanted her to be married by Portuguese king Joao I I . A disagreeable, older dude . Isabella on her own chose Ferdinand. A teen as well.b
