I was just thinking about what it means to receive the spirit, since we are going through acts Wednesdays, so I was wondering how people can be devoted and faithful to God, then get baptized and receive the Spirit (Cause we wouldn’t connect the receiving of the Spirit with baptism, so would that specifically be because they received gifts, and somehow there is still a connection with the Spirit apart from baptism in other cases and in the OT?)
