I mean bone jump carried him before the update and I personally don’t see much changes except more bonejumps and bones in bone throw which are faster so he doesn’t seem too much better.
@@wingledinglegaster I mean bone jump was op. The moment you got it you could win if you were good enough. I grinded to terrible story using just underworld papyrus (because he was the only skin that kept bone jump when I grinded)

Before the update you had to hope and pray that even a single bone would hit so this is a massive improvement.

Currently grinding exp on him, waiting for the new "There is a bomb strapped to my chest" mastery skin
The closest thing to og ulc papya is the outer and 75k exp skins
