I really wish we could have seen Lan Zhan bringing a sick child, who was not only a Wen, but someone connected to WWX, home, and explaining it to his uncle. I bet uncle "humphed" all the time until ayuan hugged his leg. And from that day he became a Lan. 😉

You know what’s more deviating the fact that lan zhan named him Sizhui - which means to long for - that broke my heart that he longed for wei WuXian so he named the one thing they had left together such a beautiful and meaningful name
And there's also the fact that Wei Ying gave Jin Ling the courtesy name RuLan cuz on some subconscious level he was thinking of Lan Zhan. The two juniors are literally running around with names that came from mutual pining between two dense idiots. (Then Jiang Cheng getting pissed off for Jin Ling's courtesy name because Wei Ying was THAT dense HAHAHAHA)
He is hope of three people.. Wei ying, Lan Zhan and Wen Ning.. when i realized that ayuan is alive i cry so hard.. first because Wei ying didn't lose ayuan.. second Lan Zhan take good care Ayuan.. third Wen ning didn't lose all his family he still have Ayuan..😭😭😍😍
