“Yoooo gonna neeeed a new shirt,” I pronounced quietly, pointing a talon at his torn and ruined clothing.
“That’s nothing,” he chuckled.
“You’re gonna need a new skin."
But then his smile faded, his grip tightening on the walking stick as he studied me in the campfire’s flickering light. “Yoo cannn relax,” I lisped. “Shaman skinnnnn won’t work on me.” His eyes drifted uncertainly to his walking stick.
“Still,” he said softly.
“I’m supposed to try to destroy you."
“Yep,” I hissed. “Same here, old mannnnnn.”
Thank you for talking about micro plastics. It truly is a huge health risk that corporations don't want us to know about, because then they wouldn't be able to produce as much plastic as they do.
We're all going to die from some kind of cancer most likely, but it's a multiple generation issue, and for some reason that's not thought about by like... Politics and rich folks? Obviously, it's a "no shit" argument but the fact that "hey maybe don't poison the water" has stayed a political issue for centuries is truly disheartening

If you are interested in skinwalkers, Tony Hillerman wrote the only sanctioned book about them that I know of. It's part of the Navajo culture that they keep very private.

I really damn loved the idea that the MC was the Skinwalker instead of the Old Man! However I do wonder what creature attacked them. The idea of a Shaman and Skinwalker fighting side by side is an idea that will stick with me
One of the first and favorites to me are the skinwalkers. They have inspired many analogies for me because the deep woods are like the darker sides of life, and yet so alluring, and so easy to get lost.

NT you're doing things for this Earth that most supposedly decent people would turn up their nose at and if I wasn't homeless in Thurston County I'd chuck up as much as I could spare to help remove plastic from the ocean but please know I do indeed think it's a venture worth funding and I applaud you for sticking to your principles to the point of broadcasting said charity. I had a hard time understanding what the skinwalker was saying in his true form in the last story, though; I feel like that kept me from really understanding what happened towards the end of the story. Would it be possible for you to add captions for this?

Always listen to your stuff but little advice is to make the lines of the beasties and entities clearer. Sometimes I struggle to understand what is being said and it kills the immersion for me.
