Awesome video, this lesson was very encouraging. Made me glad realizing that I touched some of this before but didn’t go on because they were not ”right” in evangelical mode. ”You must pick up your cross,deny yourself and follow me” ment that I must stop doing everything I like and just read the bible,pray correctly and so on. So I finished singing Gods glory with my guitar in my way because I enjoyed it so much. Gave up listening to music I love, and even playing golf was not allowed. Read the bible til I just hated it,prayed in growing anger and all my life became totally meaningsless,boring and dark grey. Then bad conscience for not feeling happy. Kind of walking dead. Not even playing with my beloved cat fellow was joyful as it was before I became a ”Christian”. Thank you Mike 💙 Still don’t understand what pick up my cross means, but I have never seen one single ”rightous Christian” carry around a cross. Neither non sold all their belongins for giving the money to the poor.
Love everything you’re teaching my guy have been deconstructing from religion myself. The only struggle I have is when you still see people that are in the world as separate and not in Christ already. Like the gentleman who is quantum jumping, he is using his Christ mind. I’ve heard the term Christ consciousness and many many people are understanding that we are divine beings so from my understanding they are connected and they are doing those things in Christ. And I personally know many of these stories that they’re not serving God in the traditional sense, but they know they are divine beings and they are being divinely guided and they are not doing this from a selfish place, but they know they are not just a human. I’m listening to many peoplethat I believe are in Christ that are doing these things. Just something to possibly consider for you.
One day I saw a vision in my mind where I saw a paper and the hand of God with his white sleeve, he had a pencil in his hand and he blew over the paper. We are called to be a channel of God’s creation by becoming one with him🙂
In deep respect and curiosity, why would I create a beautiful coloured bird in my garden ? I’m with you in all this but just trying to understand the point of this? To create a nice place in one’s mins to go?
