Stability and a strong philosophy helps so much. Then you need to be able to evaluate players. The Pack have been lucky of having 2 straight good coaches and GMs.

Reason i said that is because my cousin (who is now in the NFL) played for UTSA against liberty and he said even tho they won Malik was very good. We dont build around QBs like 49rs or the Ravens do. It's systemic. EVERYTHING the Packers do is better than most other teams. Coaching, drafting, conditioning, development, sitting players who need to sit and learn and playing them when they need to be played, etc. The frustrating part for teams that struggle year in and year out is that fans like to point to one thing "fire the coach and we'll be fine!", when the actual reason is the entire franchise is broken. Look at the Bears. The very second Fields leaves Chicago and he's an undefeated QB. Hard for fans to acknowledge their whole franchise is the problem because that takes years upon years, even an entire generation, to fix.

In an interview after the game he thanked the Packers for instilling CONFIDENCE in him. That was a huge part of his ability to feel comfortable on the field Sunday. The fact that the defense didn't get up to play him, which in turn made fans feel like Willis was an easy win let's you know how The Titans helped you to devalue him and made the entire team think he was soft. I don’t want to hear anything about this defense until they can figure out how to get their first turnover. Yes Levis has been trash but it’s compounded when the defense cannot get a turnover to save their life

Nah we gotta make some trades back in the draft try to acquire another first rounder or if we trash and pick real high do a deal for a qb needy team then go all in with line and reciever help and build the roster for a run at arch manning the year after we need a real qb
