Yeah, It was even better now than when it was released, When it was released it was barely usable and have little to offer over other attackers, But when it was buffed it's stored power finally deals massive damage and psyshock and Psybeam was buffed, So overall the buffs really helped it step out of it's shadow, And its like a mix of Garde and Pikachu now, So it will be B++ Tier for me
