As always there was some negativity and criticism at the beginning of the games. However once it really started and got into full swing the inspiring, heartwarming and amazing feats of athleticism were on display it changed. The world embraced the Olympics and France did an incredible job hosting and showcasing the great aspects of their country and culture. It was special.
It seems even better than usual and the anticipation is really amping up to see what these franchise cornerstones can accomplish. We are less than three weeks away from the start of the season. Bring it on!

I was thrilled for Andre de Grasse getting that 100 meter relay gold. He kept us on the map for male sprinting the last few Olympics.
