The BEST Creamy Tortellini Soup

Creamy Tortellini Soup with Spinach and Sausage is the ultimate comfort soup. This soup is incredibly delicious but only takes a little over 30 minutes to prepare! It's great during the chilly months, but is so scrumptious, it's wonderful all year long!

CREAMY TORTELLINI SOUP INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Italian sausage
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1½ tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
6 cups chicken broth
1½ cups half and half
12 oz fresh cheese tortellini
10 fresh mature spinach, washed, stems removed, and roughly chopped
Grated parmesan, for garnish
