I mean, these games aren’t bad. The art direction is good, the animation is usually fantastic, and the gym leader castle idea isn’t bad. It’s just that this rule set combined with the garbage rentals and the AI RNG bullshit just makes it miserable. If any one of those three things was changed, then this would be fine.

Oh for sure presumably its done to increase difficulty. I don't think the game intended you to randomly pick your team its expecting you to build a type advantage team.

Just wondering if it is only using the female sprite and rolling both male and female or if he just hasn't gotten a male yet and the symbol means nothing.
If he had just. not switched out a million times during the last executive battle in the first try at Rockets he could've probably won that and saved 5 hours of pain
I personally think that Ray could’ve won with the last team if he had kept the switching strategy. All he needed was 1 thunder to hit and it’s a win. Instead, he got impatient (completely understandable after 5 hours) and then lost.
Pokemon Stadiums 1 and 2 need to fire all of their breeders and rehire an entirely new staff. These IVs and Movesets are bullshit and they should be ashamed.
A real cow is slow, but Bison can clock 40+mph. I thoroughly enjoy watching tourists get launched by them at Yellowstone. Stories also say a Bison has enough speed and mass to partially derail trains back in the old Gold Rush/ Wild West days of the US

My man really threw a lot of these battles especially the last team he had. All he had to do was thunderwave and use other moves since they were gonna keep switching
I remember playing this fucking game. The hilarious thing is, yeah, 90% of the pokemon names are mispronounced. But for some reason, they guy got RAIchu WRONG, but RAIkou RIGHT.
I feel like a lot of pain could have been avoided if Ray just rerolled garbage teams he knew he couldn’t get a stage clear. I know he’s trying to achieve a personal challenge but after many hours of bs there should have been a way to bend the rules.

Honestly i think the worst part about this game is the autistic move sets they give the Pokemon. More than the cheating AI. Its so bad. It changes them from what they are meant to be.
