  • PASTA WITH REDFISH SOUP, BROCCOLI AND POTATOES #recipe #easy and #fast by Chef Max Mariola
    Today I propose, as always, a new easy recipe for a single, light and very tasty dish made of pasta, vegetables and fish. Perfect dish also for Christmas Eve. I will use a whole redfish and I propose it in two different ways: boiled and crispy fried. First, I'll show you how to clean fresh redfish at home. Beware of poisonous thorns! :))) You don't die eh ... but your hand falls asleep. Remove all the bloody parts. Scale the redfish to perfection using a special tool. Then I'll show you how to fillet the redfish with a flexible knife. I use the carcass to make a nice tasty broth, I add the parsley stalks, garlic, tomato and olive oil .. We drink the wine we blend with. I divide a Romanesco broccoli into small florets. I cut the potato into small cubes. Remember to skim the broth! Brown the potatoes and broccoli, add the peeled tomato. Add the fish broth. At a certain point, add half of the fish. The other half fry it in a pan to make it crisp. Serve with a touch of chopped parsley and red pepper. Enjoy your meal from Casa Mariola!

    Max stavolta un consiglio te lo do io!
    Quando togli le lische con la pinzetta, tieniti a fianco un bicchiere pieno d'acqua.
    E ci immergi la pinzetta ogni volta che estrai una lisca.
    In questo modo le lische, invece che rimanere continuamente appiccicate alla pinzetta o alle dita, si staccano e rimangono nell'acqua del bicchiere.

      He needs more of his videos subtitled. Sure, you can more or less figure out most of the ingredients and techniques from watching but a few defy sussing out without a broad background in cooking.

      @@DanieleLanza - that was TWICE as annoying than had you understood what I wrote and didn't force me to Google Translate as I don't speak effing Italian, capisce? Only SOME of his videos are subtitled into English. Some are in Italian ONLY. Online (not via Fire TV type apps) you can have TH-cam use Google translate the Italian subtitles, but half of it comes out as gobbledygook. Or just dead wrong - "guanciale" came out "bacon" which it isn't (pork belly is a lot closer).

    Fatta ieri , con una gallinella al posto dello scorfano e l'aggiunta dei ceci, era squisita, al mio primo tentrativo di zuppa! Grazie Max!

    Questa è veramente una bella ricetta. E bravo anche per aver iniziato a spiegare più dettagliatamente alcuni aspetti sulla pulizia del pesce.
    Io sto preparando una ricetta riguardo la minestra di verdure con più ingredienti possibili, purché legati all'autunno e ovviamente che leghino 😎
