Would ketogenic diet help? I think even easing into carnivore diet might help. My husband is Chinese and he and our children can hyper - extend certain joints, arms etc. The keto way of life has helped them. Wishing you healing.

I have hEDS and I find the Paleo autoimmune protocol works well. Keto caused me more inflammation which is ironic 🫣
