Looks the goods Sal. Not dissimilar to my double 1/4lber clones that I make with 2x1/3lb patties. I'm about to reheat some chicken from a proper Turkish bbq joint on the bbq and make some kebabs . Can't wait. cheers.
Looks good to me Sal, I would've done something slightly different on the second patty though rather than putting more ketchup and mustard on it, I'd put more onions and roasted garlic on the second patty for a flavor contrast
