I've been an iPhone user since smartphones came out but not gonna lie, I've been wanting to switch to pixel so bad. Everything Google has been doing software wise is very impressive. The downside for me is the looks. Hard to switch from my super premium iPhone X to the not so premium looking Pixel 3...

A little info on Googles quality control with the new Pixel 3 devices..They are actually using the same manufacturer that builds the iPhones this time around (Foxconn) and it shows! The quality control is miles ahead of the Pixel 2 and 2 XL, so Google is actually working on the quality control issue...
That can explain why the speakers on the Pixel 3 and 3XL are 40% louder than last years Pixels, and the haptic motor in the 3 and 3XL is stronger than the recent iPhones.
I got one and I love it, the only complaint I have is the microphone quality. I don't mind the minor waiting time for the 4 gigs of RAM to reload an app. I love this device!
I have the 3 and the 3XL, hands down these Pixels have the best camera (not surprised) of any phone. The best sounding speakers with good bass, and the build feels solid. I prefer the 3 over the 3XL due to the size. The dimensions of the Pixel 3 are the same as the Pixel 2, the Pixel 3 has a larger screen. I know some folks were concerned about the 4 GB of ram, I have 77 apps installed on both the 3 and 3XL, I transferred 2 GB of video onto the storage of the Pixel 3, I have not experienced any lag. These new Pixels are great devices.

I paid for it 699$, ok? i received the phone...everything went fine...BUT: from 10GB of RAM after all the apps installation i have used already 4.6GB...The phone is fast...Pictures taken with front camera are not good.I tried to install the camera .apk from Pixel and is not saving on HDR+...The keyboard is slow...My Pixel came yesterday...what a difference...has 4GB and after configuration i stil have 1.9 available. Not bad at all. Pictures are excellent. For me the software installed on 1+ has to many things...Pixel is pure Android and is faster. I’m not trying to make you buy the Pixel, but if you want to be happy...buy it...one more thing..1+ is heavy like hell...charges really fast, on screen print...but...is not a Pixel!!!

Definitely looks like quality control issues. No way would you unbox an iPhone and find any imperfections like that. An upgrade on the Pixel 2 and I like the part textured glass back and mint lock button - clean and futuristic. The screen although an improvement on last years still looks clunky and old fashioned. If Google could make an 'Ultra Pixel' they would slay the Android sector!
but iphones overprice and charge you more for their products anyways so ur shelling out more big bucks for about the same phone even if u have to buy more cables lmao
I think Google is having a very difficult time with their manufacturing. I actually believe they could have handled the whole Pixel line a lot better. They had the fall out with Huawei. Then a rushed deal with HTC. The Pixel 2xl had screen issues and the Pixel 3 is what the Pixel 2 should have been and the 3xl is all about the notch. Its a bit of a mess actually! Meanwhile all of their competitors like Samsung and Huawei are disappearing into the distance! Even Nokia are offering some much better value phones. Pixel 3 is a great looking phone though.

I wanted to get pixel 2 but then there were issues with the screen. I was going to get Pixel 3 but there seemed to be a lot of complains out there of the phone being too fragile and getting scratched and chipped pretty easily.
Those Rounded corners are Annoying! I don't mind a little bit like on the Note 9, but on this one it's just too much. I heard it's artificially done, which is even more annoying. I hope we can disable it, and get it's original screen.
WTF with that portrait shot? Its looks like pixel 3 xl photos are better. But they way its all the same. But for many reviews that i've seen, the photos from pixel xl are better than the ones in this video.
iNeeDz v Fair point, I will admit too, there’s certainly some slimming to do, but to me I’m not terribly phased, my first phone was a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, then a hand-me-down iPhone 5s, then iPhone 8, so a Pixel 3 is like a godsend to me eyes! Definitely a good phone anyways, I hope to upgrade to it in a month or two if possible.
Did you complain about about Google Not just giving you a new phone and give props to Samsung or Apple that they would if you want to the store? Did you go to the Google Store or just call or email them? At least give the same effort when you complain about service. That was petty.
Apple took 4 years to get a device with a screen on par with Android. Also a couple years behind on wireless charging. Years behind on fast charging, which while their phones support it you still need to purchase a separate thing. Stfu

The audio from the video sounds muffled and has little to no low end. Hope that can be fixed!

Do you have any speaker issues? Reddit's been blowing up with speaker imbalance reports and how there's a buzzing sound at low volume
No I haven't experienced that issue with the speakers.
