Nice. Intelligent and clear. Loving your new C and V pop ups BTW. You just keep moving this on and up: well done. A lot of TH-camrs click stuff and point at it, but it's pretty obvious they neither really understand or use features on client jobs. Bless you for taking a different path. I'm just back from my studio at 22:00 on a Sunday night (sigh!) but when I see your work I still take a few minutes to watch it... Live long and prosper. JM.
Hey Storysium, you're the God for content creators. Would really love to know from where we can get the Foley sound effects and effects for the transitions like whoosh sounds etc. Thanks so much 😄
It works sometimes, but there's a bug that I can't find a workaround for. The mask created by the Track Matte Key is offset for one of my clips. The the rectangular mask for the entire frame is shifted up, and the mask is shifted left from the shape's animation. Looks like an old bug and I'll try this suggested solution I found, "Solution: nest the clip in a sequence WITH THE SAME DIMENSIONS AS THE CLIP. Then you can apply the mask in that sequence, and bring it in to the one you were working on. Clumsy, but it works. The bug seems to be caused by a sequence with different dimensions from the clip you’re working on (something that is often the case with SFX composites)."
@@Storysium Is there an apple store where you live? I would give you my older MacBook but it’s a 2010 with only 4gb of ram. I think you would need something newer. I mean if a cooking channel only made videos about pizza 🍕 they wouldn’t get as many views or subscribers ( yes I know you already have many subscribers ) as they would if they also made videos about hamburgers 🍔 cakes 🍰 tacos 🌮 or ice cream 🍦
Most of his videos should be easily reproducible in FCPX. He mostly uses basic functions that are likely to be found in all the major video editing suites.
Thanks so much for your efforts, I just wish I could get it to work. When trying to use the rectangles in your last example, the two rectangles don't start and end evenly. One of them always comes enters before the other. I've tried it a dozen times and it's always the same. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Hi! Might be a problem with the timing of your keyframes or the size of the boxes are different. Check this video for more information about Keyframes: th-cam.com/video/aE7UkhZxxUE/w-d-xo.html
@@Storysium Hi, and thanks for responding. I traced the problem back to when I was applying the "ease in" and "ease out" functions. For some reason, it was effecting the boxes differently. Before making that adjustment everything was just perfect. To get around it, I selected each keyframe individually and applied the function, and it works fine. Thanks again.
I can't believe you don't repeat the track-mat and luma key functions later in the video for other tranzitions but keep repeating and showing the annoying switch between the cut and select functions, with visuals even. frustrating
Seriously, you are the best at what you do by a long shot. Thanks man.

I like your videos and I hope you start making tutorials for Final Cut Pro. This would probably increase your viewing audience 😊👍☕️🍩
Great suggestion but I don't have a mac. So for now it will only be Premiere Pro.

the bgm , congtv used that too
Great stuff but in my case the bottom layer bleeds through the transition making it slightly visible. Any ideas of how to fix it.
wil you plz teach some magic or sifi video effects
