Thank you for the video. I just want to point out that the only part of this video that was actually the Kantenah Resort section (pronounced: "Ken-ten-uh"), was the very beginning when she started off in the Kantenah lobby. Once she walked out of that and proceeded to keep walking, she was then at the Colonial Resort ( when she reached the "Grand Azul" outdoor buffet by Colonial's giant main pool). The video continues with her pointing out the Colonial beach area (must have been August, as the seaweed is still present that is usually there from April thru end of Sept.). The Kantenah Resort and beach is located next to Colonial, a bit further down (heading north) from where she ended the video. The four resort complex of the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya: TRS Resort (adult only), White Sand Resort, Colonial Resort, and Kantenah Resort, is very large and spread out.
Das Kantenah sollte inzwischen renoviert sein und vielleicht auch das Colonial. Wir waren bereits 4 x im Grand Paladium, das letzte Mal 2021 und das Resort hat einen rasanten Qualitätsabsturz seit der Pandemie hinter sich. Fehlendes Personal, geschlossene Themen Restaurants, Speisen und Drinks von minderer Qualität sowie ein gewaltiger Renovierungsstau. Ich habe mich dort immer wohl gefühlt und würde gerne wieder hin, da muss sich aber erst mal was ändern dort. Zumindest der Qualität von 2019.
@@endlichwochenende_ wenn man nur einmal dort war hat man keinen Vergleich. Beispiele, das Essen im italienischen Restaurant, falls es nicht geschlossen hat, ist ungenießbar. Die Säfte sind nicht mehr frisch und aus der Tüte, der Frühstückssekt wurde zum Glück beibehalten. Was sich nicht geändert hat ist das unhöfliche Personal an der Front Desk.
