Bhai main bhi TV mechanic hu, meri waghon r me same issue hain, eps module me output current nahi aa raha hain.... multimeter par bhi aur maine dusri gaadi ka bhi use karke dekha phir bhi steering propblem hain...fuse ok hain aur input 12v hain...aur kya problem ho sakta hain, pls batana ?

@@arunasumanasekara1332 Same problem with my Zen estilo, fisrt start steering normal on next star steering become hard. Have you changed eps. Don't find any auto electrician in Pune, who can repair eps.
@@arunasumanasekara1332 Thanks for your reply. I Think Steering Torque sensor may be the problem as EPS provides supply to steering motor based on pulse received from Torque sensor. Appreciate your feedback once you get the solution.
Is this normal? Please check in your car too i20 2011,Magna petrol 1.2. 1. Open the driver door. 2. Make sure door open light is ON. 3. Now, fully push the door switch button on the vertical door frame. 4. Now, the door light should be OFF. 5. With still fully holding the door switch button, lock the driver door manually by hand. All doors should be locked automatically. 6. The main point is.... Now, fully release the door switch. Does the driver door and other doors UNLOCK automatically? Or they're still in LOCK position? 7. If they're still in LOCK position, once again, fully pressed the door switch from released position. Do they UNLOCK automatically once you pushed the switch? In my car i20 2011, in point 6, doors are still LOCKED when switch is released fully. However, in point 7, doors are UNLOCK automatically. So these 2 points are normal? Please kindly confirm from your end. Thanks.

Check with diode mode of multimeter instead of ohm range.Also check different resistor of gate,drain and source in resistance mode of multimeter.
