Bhai mai RMGB mai hu scale 1 since June 2021. Meri gross 70k hai abhi. Home state mai hu rajasthan mai he. Mera selection CAG Auditor (2800 gr pay) mai hua and delhi milne k chance hai Jaipur nhi. And also Union bank po mai bhi hua usme gujrat circle mila but abhi extension le rkha hai.
Kya krna chahiye mujhe
RRB mai he rhu ya fir CAG join kr lu ya Union bank join kru
See if u like banking industry then stay in rrb. In union bank posting is all india.
If u don't like banking then delhi jao.
Else stay in RRB try for rbi Or ras

@@GajenderGuidance most of the people only see that u got ur own state but the reality of gramin banks is very dark..u have to compete with big nationalised banks in ur locality but u have not much service to provide to customers ..apart from this u get unachievable targets of pmjby pmsby and apy where u are forced to do this in wrong way ..without customer consent ...apart from this if u ar officer ar branch manager u have to be in field all day for npa reduction ...and u r forced to achieve target any how ...u came to branch in the evening then do all the brach related work ..and customer grievances...mujhe kaamo se koi prblm ni h but aap utna perks to dijiye jo baki banko me मिलता h jb compete unse krna h
