It’s actually a violation not to have at least 1 working toilet. Report it if it’s that bad. There’s a reason you see an outhouse on every construction site.
A large glass or small pitcher of water can provide a "power flush". I have encountered houses where the water pressure isn't great and there is almost always a Solo cup available.
I think it’s great that you provide drinks and lunch for your crew! Jobs in the non entertainment industry usually don’t provide anything. Unless it’s machines that have snacks and drinks.😮

I'm at work anywhere between 5:00 and 6:00, depending how much overtime I want. And I'm done at 2:30 with a half hour lunch at 12, and break at 9:30 for 15 minutes. And I love it bc I'm done so early

They've been doing a ton of remodeling at work, so a lot of rooms didn't have ceilings for forever. All was well until we realized that the toilet drains are clear, and you could just watch turds swim over you 😂

Quick fix for the bathroom problems would be to not each such weird stuff so often, but that's what keeps the water running so probably not the best.

The IT guy at my workplace gets in at 6 am and leaves for the day at 2 pm. I work at home, and I barely ever log in before 9 or 10.
My work day is 7-5. 6 days a week. Sunday is laundry, groceries and food prep day. It’s gotten better. Use to be 7-7.
