If I get one of these and buy all the files I need, how do I know what uppers i can use that’ll fit on it? I have 3D printer files and I know some can’t have a buffer tube on the side, stuff like that.
Just follow the steps closely and don't take shortcuts. There was a trick to getting the GG1 to work well, but the GG3 has been rock solid from day one. Haven't had to do anything special, it just works
You might check your screensaver and advanced power settings on your laptop/PC. Make sure it is not set to hibernate or go to sleep after a period of time.
I’m more interested in making uppers. 3D printers can do lowers pretty flawlessly. I can’t order uppers because I don’t live in the US and gun parts are pretty controlled here.
I want to see the whole process from block to receiver with the GG3 if possible.
That is what I want to see too.
I ordered a bar and the Zero Percent Lower. I still need to pick up a few more mods for the GG3. I posted a short on my channel.

Frm what I can gather, the GG3 makes a complete lower from 3 different blocks of aluminum. I still can't find any vids on the completed 3 piece lower.

Nice work! Every time I start a lower my machine always "times out" and stop midway through. Any idea or tips on how to avoid that?
Sounds like a connection issue. Have you tried a different PC?

Fix your laptop or PC sleep and Screensaver settings. I had to do the same.
Screen can NEVER fall asleep, start to dim, or go black like you closed it.. find it in the settings and change ur screen to never fall asleep
